It took a little over 2 weeks to receive my order. When products were received I was unhappy with the quality. They swim suits run small. I recommend ordering a size up. Also you do not offer full refunds.

This costume is not as good a quality as I would of expected for the price. I would not order again.

It was a great experience. I love all my new bathing suits that I purchased except the bathing suit with the under-wiring.

Won't allow me to return items that weren't tried on after multiple emails. Trying to haggle a refund price.

Suit fits great everywhere except the bust. 38DD and the cups on the 1X Were just too small. Would be too big if I sized up. Shame!

I have been trying to contact someone in customer service about returning one of my swimsuits and have not received any email communication as to how I can return one of the swimsuits that does not fit. When the policy for returns states you must return within 15 days of the package arriving, but I cannot reach a representative to request a return, it is very frustrating.

Love your products, not so happy with the customer service. One of my products is too small. I've sent two emails asking for help with the exchange process. As of yet I haven't received a response.

I have tried to get the address to return this item. They have repeatedly not given me an address. They have offered coupons or a percentage back. I want a full refund.

The product I received was of good quality. However, one item didn't fit and I did not like their return policy. There was several steps and each time I corresponded with customer service I asked for the return address so I could determine if I wanted to pay for shipping. Although the customer service representative was very professional and kind, I never received an answer. I wanted to return for a credit of the full price which was $36. After several back and forth emails, I was offered $18 credit and was to keep the item. I accepted because at this point with out getting the return address, I was tired of the process. I did receive my credit if $18 quickly and decided to donate the too big item to a charity.

I would like to return the items I bought as I do not like the fit. There is a 15 day policy and no one from the service department has returned my request to start a return as of yet. I'm afraid I'll be stuck with it!

I measured myself and ordered the suit suggested, but it is way too small.

I got these suits in a slow, but reasonable amount of time period the next day. I emailed because they were just too small and I need a bigger size. It's been a week and a half back and forth of them trying to convince me not to return or exchange them and just take twenty dollars instead.

I am happy with the bathing suits. They are pretty.
