One out of 4 suits was flattering/good quality, other 3 cheap/thin material/unflattering. When I tried to return them they sent me numerous emails basically offering various amounts of money to keep the suits and not return, even though I was willing to pay shipping and send back. I won't order from them again

Site is easy to use and the product is very pretty. Unfortunately, the descriptions says that the sizes are true to size, but my suits were very small and not in my size.
The items do not fit correctly I would love to return them and even quite possibly exchange them. I've tried contacting you and got no response. I'm pretty disappointed with my experience shopping with you. There's no other way to return an item. I haven't contacted you a second time and nobody bothered to respond.
One bikini set fit great. Same size (or maybe one size bigger) in another was insanely small. I won't use the second bikini and just gave it away to the thrift store

The return policy is clear on the site but with clothing of any type having to pay for returns is poor. One item was to tight one to big but needed up keeping them

I purchase 2 separate bikini tops and a two piece suit for an up coming beach vacation. I was very happy with the fit and comfort of all pieces. They were delivered in a very timely manner.

The process of ordering was very simple, the sizing was spot on, the only problem is if your product is not liked, the return process a bit ridiculous, allowing only a partial refund without returning the item at your own expense
I have been looking for a skirted bathing suit for ages, and this suit - which fits to size - really works for me. Love the halter top, too.
While I was happy with the products that did fit, I have had a very difficult process to return the items that did not fit. I would recommend only ordering if you are sure you want to keep the items.
