Black swim suit, ordered my size but quite snug, could of done with the next size up

Suits were cute but a few fit weird too large in some spots too tight in others weird cuts etc

I absolutely loved every bathing suit I received! Fit to perfection and made me feel beautiful

The return policy is a joke! The swim top is too big, I just want to return it and they're giving me the runaround.

Buying was fine but I am getting the run around when trying to return items. I keep getting emails asking if I want a coupon and partial credit when I just want to return and get a full refund. This is terrible customer service!

The bathing suits are beautiful and most fit to size. However, the design of so make it impossible to get all the way in because of ribbons or designs around the rib cage/torso section that makes it no longer able to stretch. If you look at having to pay to ship it back for a return, you won't even get your money back for a failed purchase.

Products were fine, they just didn't fit, which was a shame.

Los bañadores son bonitos pero el tallaje es pequeño en el pecho. Buena relación calidad/precio. La devolución fue un poco lenta y la propuesta que me hicieron no me satisface del todo.

They played games with me while trying to make a return. First they tried to talk me out of it. Then they offered to give me a tiny percentage back if I kept the merch. We went back and forth like 5 times with me telling them I needed to return and get my money back before they finally gave me the return address. It's hidden, it's not listed on their website and they play games with you before they will give it to you. First they told me they would and they only gave me city, state and zip, no street address. And when I had to email them again to ask for the complete address, they tried again to talk me out of it and still didn't give me the address. It was the crazy thing I have ever experienced trying to return something. They received my return on Wednesday... we shall see if I get my money back...returning something should never be such a hassle.

Both items I purchased were not fitting as the measurements described

I ordered two suits and both were too short in the torso. The quality was good though.

This was the first time I ordered so I wasn't sure what the sizes would be like. I reached out to them and they confirmed that I would be able to send anything back that didn't fit for a refund minus shipping cost. I received six bathing suits and they were great quality but only to fit me. After numerous emails back-and-forth, they refused to give me their return mailing address. They just kept offering to refund me an amount to keep the suits, but it wasn't even close to a portion of what I paid. I finally gave up and just excepted the partial refund. It's just disappointing because I would love to try more of their suits and other clothe but with no way of returning or exchanging, I probably will not.
