This is my second order! My first suit fit great (true to size) and I loved it! Had to buy 2 more!

Fast delivery, but item i received wasn't fit for me, but customer service response really good.

Easy to find and so many choices and easy to pay for

I recently ordered a swimsuit and when I tried on the suit it didn't fit. So I asked for return instructions. After waiting for a day I returned the suit to the address on the envelope it was mailed in that said "returns only". Then I received an email that said there was a different return address. They have never yet given me that address and the package was tracked and delivered to the address on the original packaging. I have not received a refund yet either.

Site was easy enough to navigate. Check out didn't recognize my address. Items arrived - they look just ok. They pull in different spots.

All the products I received fitted perfectly and were exactly how I thought they'd be. Delivery was a little longer than other companies but received them in the time frame that was advised.

After I received my swimsuit, it smelled badly of chemicals and simply didn't fit right. No big deal, I just wanted to return it. I emailed them to get return instructions as they require you to email them. They emailed me back trying to get me to accept a $10 refund for a nearly $40 suit plus $10 I paid in shipping. I told them I wanted to return it and needed to return address since they gatekeep this information. I got *another* email back with only a partial shipping address. I had to send a very pointed and heated email in order for them to send me the address needed. I then had to pay for return shipping, and they only emailed back once a day. They only give you 15 days to return it and it takes them forever to even let you return it period.
This place (meetcurve) is a huge mess run out of China. I'd advise going literally anywhere else.

Most of my order did not fit or was not the quality I wanted. I decided to keep a few pieces but tried to return 75% of the order. Customer Service kept trying to get me to agree to a partial refund and would not give me a complete address to return the items to.

Products and service was amazing thank you. The products were beautiful and lovely quality.

I ordered a mix of one-piece and tops to go with bottoms I already own. NONE of them fit. When I tried to return them it was over a week back and forth trying to convince the support team that I would rather pay the $20 return shipping (only in NY) rather than take their offers of $70, $90, and $120 for the $240 dollars worth of suits I had. I would have been able to keep all the suits that didn't fit, and lose all that money...lucky me *eye roll*. If someone wants to return it just let them!

I was told not to send returns the the address on the outpackage received (okay, so where do I send it?), and have received two separate "offers" for a partial refund to keep items (that don't fit) and coupons instead of sending the items back. I have declined these additional "offers" twice and still have not been given instructions on a return address. I don't mind paying for shipping to return, but this is a ridiculous level of communication.

I ordered two new suits. I'm a mom with a large chest and need to make sure everything is held in- boobs, belly, and butt! The two piece I ordered holds me in, but also makes me feel good about myself. The one piece I got is magical. I am a teacher and even wore it on our field trip. I jumped, played catch, swam under water- not once was I worried about falling out or being over exposed. The best suits I've ever owned!

It didn't fit and they gave me a hard time with the refund

I need to return one of the items. It did not fit. The others were ok

Delivery was delayed. When it arrived, packaging was damaged, but product inside was not damaged.

Purchased according to size chart. Rankings way too short. I am 5 foot 9 so not crazy tall and longer legs than body and was really disappointed.

I have emailed twice to get a return label and get gotten no response!

I normally wear xl in everything. The suits I ordered were too big at the top but fit perfectly in the butt.the two piece I ordered I want to send back I don't like the high cut in front it shows too much.
