Bottoms fit perfectly but tops, oh boy. There's padding in there so of course my boobs wouldn't fit and worse, there's no support, so my boobs slipped under the top within 10 minutes (thank god I went shopping with a top on before going swimming! I will be returning them sadly.

Asked the customer service representative multiple times to exchange a product for a different size. Was first offered a $5 coupon instead. Next I was offered a partial refund for 1/2 the price of the item… I just needed a different size.

The Sizes run too small. Swim suit was too small! H

I ordered a size bigger than what my measurements were aaccording to the website and it did not fit.

The experience was good. Many swimsuits too choose from.

One item was not as expected. Asked to return it to be offered £5 to keep it. I wanted a refund as it cost £36. I was told I could return it as my own cost to America. On looking into it it would have cost £12. They offered me £19 and to keep it so I settled on that. I think they just need to make it clearer that returns are at your own costs and to America.

I was a little shocked at how much postage and package cost was added for a small and not very heavy item but needed a costume for holiday. After wearing once on holiday I can see that some of the stitching is already coming lose so not the best quality costume I've ever purchased.

I was a bit skeptical with buying a swimsuit online. I'm a 32G and decided to try this website and it did not disappoint. I bought a size medium bikini top and it fits perfectly. The sizes are accurate.

I ordered almost £160 worth of swimwear in different styles and sizes, I wanted to return the items that weren't suitable, the returns procedure is totally ridiculous, I was offered compensation to keep the items instead of them Refunding me like I had requested on 3 previous emails!

I was expecting my order in 5 business days because I paid $33.00 for shipping, but it didn't come until 9 business days.

Poor quality, difficult and expensive return from Canada

I have been trying to do a return for a few days now and no one is emailing me back. There is no number where I can call it's only email.

The swimsuit and cover up did not fit and I need to return.

Delivery took alot longer than expected and had no warning of when it was going to be delivered it was very lucky my husband was home.

Order came swiftly and the swimsuit was perfect fit and great quality. It's my second purchase. Would highly recommend.

Good experience but didn't like the product received how it fit

The swimsuit arrived in good time and the colour and pattern looks similar to the photo on your site. Unfortunately, the description did not mention that the front of the suit was not sewn closed but is completely open from the bra down to the hem. Also the description mentioned mesh overlay. There is no mesh overlay. These are both significant to the purchaser/wearer.

They fit as if they were made to measure and flatter my shape. I feel perfect in them.

Couldn't track my items and they were late even know I paid $25 dollars to have them quick. Then the items were way smaller than they said they were online. I used the size guide too. The swimsuit top didn't cover anything. The swimsuit bottoms fit but that's it.
