The products are fine, I am keeping one of them so they're good quality. But hope you never have to return something. They give you 15 days to return, have you initiate the return via email, make you wait three days before they even respond just to offer you some stupid offer of keeping the product for a future use discount code, then waits until 4+ days to respond with an actual return shipping address (hoping that this happens, still even waiting on a response). You're better off using Chic Soul for plus size, inexpensive swim wear. I got everything I ordered from them in less than 2 business days and have returned in the past with absolutely no issue. Overall, don't buy from Meetcurve company, it's Instagram clickbait for a reason.

I thought that overall the experience of shopping at this website was really good. Even though one pf the two swimsuits I received was not as expected, I was able to come up with a solution with customer service that I was happy with.

I placed my order and was told it would be up to 15 business days to get my items. Even with free shipping, 15 days is excessive. I was excited to see that my items "had shipped" 2 days after my order. I kept checking the tracking data. For over a week, the tracker stated that the mailing label was created but UPS was still waiting for the package. It didn't make it to UPS until almost a week and a half after I was told it had shipped. I finally got my package and it looked like it had been through a war. Opened it up to find that one of the items I had ordered was not there. This brings me to the second issue.
I contacted customer service to let them know I was missing an item. After waiting 2 days to get an answer from them, they basically told me they wanted proof. I had to take pictures of all the items in the package and the packaging itself. Luckily I still had the packaging. Now since the packaging looked as bad as it did when I got it, it's possible that my item had fallen out before the packaging was taped back up. However, good customer service would send out the missing item first and investigate after the fact. And they would return your correspondence in a timely fashion. I'm still waiting to hear from them. I'm definitely not impressed.
The last thing is the items themselves. I purchased swim bottoms from here before. Love them. That's why I came back. However, this time I purchased some swim tops. I feel like some of the tops are too short. If I had known, I would have sized up for a little more room.

Shipping was way to long and the tracking was terrible

Unable to return unwanted item. Offered partial refund or store credit instead. Won't be ordering again

Very long wait time for delivery. My only complaint.

It certainly doesn't fit someone with big boobs and the leg openings are too wide

Delivery was prompt and products are beautiful although both are size M, one seems to be a more comfortable fit than the other, which is a tad smaller unfortunately.

I placed an order online and then never received my package.

Website was easy to navigate and I love that they actually used plus size models for the plus size clothing

I would like to return part of my order but can't find the section on site of where to do that

A little late in arriving but happy with the products when they arrived.

Ordered 2 costumes to try, decent quality however they didn't fit my ample chest. Returns service you need to email for an address. First reply please keep and we will give you $5 discount…. Erm they don't fit me no thank you. Second reply have $12 off and a $5 discount off your next order…. They still do not fit no thanks please give me return address. Third reply yup another discount offer that I do not want.
So unless you are 100% sure they will fit then avoid. I will not order again.

Not thrilled with the quality and support of the suits I purchased. Even more upset that they don't offer returns or exchanges after wearing them. If you're on the fence, just don't!

Bathing suit came with a hole in the breast area. Sent an email about issue and was offered a 7$ refund. I asked to return the bather for a new one and no response for almost a week. No satisfactory solution was provided.

I've emailed twice asking for a return label and haven't heard back. I'd like to return my items and am trying to do so within the 15 day window.

I ordered after measuring myself and nothing fit the way I hoped. Three swimsuits smashed my assets all of the way down, removable pads were in strange places, torsos felt incredibly short even though I have a short torso, and the places I normally camouflage were accentuated. The suits don't seem cheaply made or anything. The sizes suggested just didn't work at all. The dresses are somewhat OK. I will end up giving everything to my daughter and starting over somewhere else since I can't return swimwear.

The bathing suit ran small The sides are actually stitched to the bathing suit so it's not flowing and not flattering at all. Thought the top layer was not stitched to the suit it did not show in the pictures as well.
