Ordered a swimsuit in my size and it was defective. There is no way to speak to a person but I recieved a generic email reply after several attempts that I would get a partial refund. Then I was instructed to return it to an address in China. I was expected to pay shipping and provide them with the tracking number a week after mailing it. They did not even tell me how much my "partial" refund would be. Never again! Don't waste your money. Too many other legit companies out there.
It's hard to find inexpensive swimwear and especially for us plus size women. The website had lots of choices of styles and colors for us plus size women of all ages.

Great, I was very pleased with both of my suites I selected. I did up size by one size so the fit was perfect for me.
Ordered 2 suits. Read reviews and decided to order a size larger in both. One was a perfect fit, while the other was too big (unlike the review. I immediately contacted customer service since I knew I had 2 weeks to return. It took several days to receive a response. We have been emailing back and forth and I have yet to receive an address where I can return my item and the 2 weeks are almost up. Products are great, but just hope you are satisfied with the fit because you likely won't get your money back

The items I received were as described and appear to be decent quality. However when I attempted to return the items that did not fit correctly I encountered a big issue. The company Meet.Curve said they could not accept any returns. Their offer was a partial refund and for me to keep the items. Far from ideal. I don't have much use for three badly fitting swim suits.
If you are tall at all do not bother ordering anything from this site. Definitely NOT designed for anyone over 5'5". I have spent two weeks communicating with customer service requesting a return address, and they just keep trying to bargain with me for a "partial refund". Completely and utterly disgusted. If you say I can return merchandise then be prompt with providing the information. Will never shop here again.

I've ordered quiet a lot as my body shape is unusual and have difficult to find bras, swimsuits, etc for me. I left 2 items which are OK, but would like to return the rest as it doesn't fit me at all. They are unworn, with original labels. I send 1st email day after delivery willing to post back what I will not keep. Karen is offering only partially refund? As per customer law I have a right to receive full refund.

The items I ordered were fine, not great and kind of cheap, but fine. The real issue was the customer service. Once I ordered I couldn't find any tracking info and it was almost impossible to contact the company, so I was worried I would never receive them but my order showed up eventually. The items were too big and I needed to return them and that's where the frustration really began. There is no number to call and no link for a return service, you have to email - which they don't always respond to. When I did get a response, they gave me the run around - providing return "tickets" with no additional information or addresses and then making me reply multiple times to emails to let them know the reason for the return and which items I wanted to return. Then, after days of correspondence and trying to get a reply, they offered to refund half of the price and let me keep the items - but I don't want to keep the items (I just want my money) so I asked again for an address. They sent a city, state, and zip but no street address. I still have no address. Keeping in mind that there's only a 15 day rerun window, it feels like the run around is calculated. When you read reviews on any website other than the Meetcurve website you realize this is a common occurrence and that this company is notorious for being difficult and offering horrible customer service. Would not recommend.
Good delivery although maybe recommend NOT using Hermes! - was chucked over my back fence!, didnt know it was there until i went out in the back garden!
The suits were very nice! One did not fit and the return process is not very smooth. I decided to forgo the return for a coupon and very small credit.
Love the swimming suits but I ordered my normal size and it was a little small. The one piece wasn't quite long enough..
