Terrible service with this company. Ordered a swimming costume and did not like it so tried to return by emailing the company as it says on my email, couple of emails back and forwards and they did not want to send me the return address. Finally to be told that they only accept returns to the USA. They told me would I be interested in a £5 refund and a £5 voucher to use next time. I refused as I paid £30 for a swimming costume and wanted a full refund and never wanted to use the company again. Finally they emailed me and have said I can have £18 refund and can keep the swimming costume. I still think this is ridiculous and I would never use this company again as they scam people and it doesn't say anywhere on their website that they only have one warehouse to return to in the USA and you have to fund your own return. Me being from the UK that would have been ridiculous. So just be warned if you don't like the stuff you will struggle to send it back. DO NOT ISE THIS WEBSTE.

I ordered a couple swimsuits from meetcurve. I absolutely loved one of them! The other one didn't fit great so I'm trying to return it. I understand that I will need to pay the shipping costs to return it and that is fine with me. I've been emailing back and forth with customer service for almost 2 weeks now in an attempt to get return instructions/address. They have offered twice to allow me to keep the suit I don't want for a $15 refund and a $5 coupon even though the suit cost over $50 and is completely useless to me and the difference is nowhere near what I would spend on shipping. I am starting to strongly suspect that they are dragging it out so that I will miss the time window they put in place for returns. Very frustrating!

The swimsuits I ordered were super cute! The problem was that they didn't fit. I wanted to return them for a refund and it was the hardest and most frustrating experience. It's like they would not send me an address to return to and just very annoying.

No issues with shipping or ordering. Not a fan of the swimsuit though. Just not good for my body

I reached out to customer service as soon as I received and tried on the swim suits I purchased. They were too short in the torso and left my breasts hanging out so I need to return them and have still not received communications to initiate the return.

Needed to exchange for size. Would have to pay for shipping to return it and shipping to get the new one. Making the cost of shipping ( including the original shipping) MORE THAN THE ITEM.

They state they take returns but they absolutely do not! They try and haggle with you it's just complete BS. Stay away

I have tried MULTIPLE times to return my items and have done 4 chats with no success. I need the address to send some of the items back in my order. This return process has totally overshadowed the experience I had your company. I liked most of the suits I ordered but you are making it so hard to return the few that didn't fit that I won't recommend others to purchase from you.

Trying to return items that do not fit is a nightmare. All they want to do is try to negotiate with you and not give you back your money. I wanted to buy different sizes of the swimsuits that I purchased but it took over two weeks to finally get someone to give me a return address, so I change my mind and will not purchase anything else.

The shipping was great. The site give the impression that you can return the item for a refund, and you cannot. A small refund and credit will be offered or you can take a chance and return, paying for shipping, to have the return reviewed for approval. It's misleading. The products are nice though.

Slow response to request for refund. Repeatedly offered partial refunds to keep the merchandise.

Items are beautiful. However bra cups are WAY too small.

I ordered 2 suits and one fit amazing and one didn't fit at all so I looked up how to return the one suit and you guys make it so hard and inconvenient to return things with me having to pay for shipping and I only have a certain time frame to return that I just gave it away, not worth the hassle

Das shoppen an sich war okay, außer dass ich es schade finde, dass man nur Oberteile kriegt und die Unterteil extra dazu bestellen muss. Die Preise sind dafür ganz schön saftig. Dann habe ich darauf Ewigkeiten gewartet. Offensichtlich kommen die Sachen aus China, was den Preis noch weniger rechtfertigt. Ein Unterteil war defekt und der Rest zu klein. Ich werde mit Sicherheit ja auch nicht noch einmal bestellen. Ich bin insgesamt sehr unzufrieden.

The product das not match the picture and is too big.

Nice, thick material and fits great. Arrived quickly too!

It's was very nice experience on the website, but their one thing that bug me.
That is if the product could go ever more larger, but just me.
