I ordered a one piece bathing suit, swim shorts, and a cover up. I'm very impressed with the quality of the products! The torso does run a little short - which was great as a short torso person but something to think about if you aren't. Only complaint was the lack of transparency on where the items are made and shipped from. I was told my package sent but had not actual tracking until it reached the US.

I ordered a swimsuit on May 27 2023. It's June 20 2023 and I haven't heard anything about my suit or if it's even still coming.

I think I paid to get it delivered sooner, but didn't arrive til after I left for my trip. Regardless, I love the fit of the swimsuit. It's perfect

Waste of money. Products advertise better quality product than what they actually send you. Smells like factory. Very unflattering.

I emailed as stated to start a return. I have yet to receive postage to return products.

Buyer beware. You can order the product and Meet.Curve will tell you they have a refund policy (return within 15 days, return will be less shipping costs from fulfillment, buyer must pay shipping fees, original packaging, original shipping address is not the return address, etc.) But when you initiate a return with their "service" center, they will never provide a return address - even when you specifically ask for it. Instead they will tell you the best they can offer is to refund you less than 50% of your total purchase cost and tell you that it will "save you time." So essentially, they will refuse to allow you to return products.

A ticket was created and sent to me with no further directions on returning the merchandise. I don't know what needs to be done next in order to get my money back and the timeframe is very short.

Perhaps you can help me with next steps.

Great! It fits great. Shipping was confusing, but product was received

I paid for faster shipping and it did not ship within the expected time which was fine but still I did pay extra. Two of the suits were so small and I was so disappointed as I had to wait for them and they are pricy and returning them isn't worth the time it takes for me. I used the size charts and feel like you must know certain styles fit smaller than the chart.

I have been trying to return a suit that is too small for two weeks now. I have followed their return policy but they only respond to emails every few days (it's been 4 days now). Looks like I'm out $45. Only buy from here if you know it will fit!

The shop easy sure the charts give an idea what would fit but not for everyone

I will never purchase from Meet Curve again. You make it IMPOSSIBLE to return something.
There are PLENTY of other online store I can shop at and will do just that from now on.

Trying to get a response from customer for an exchange is ridiculous! The follow up is even worse! They say they give you 15 days for the exchange, it takes that long for anyone to answer you!
