Die Retour gestaltet sich sehr schwierig, obwohl auf der Seite ein Rückgaberecht versprochen wird. Es wird jedoch angeboten, nur einen Teil der Rechnung zu erstatten. Der Support meldet sich seit Tagen nicht mehr bei mir. Mir wurde bis jetzt noch keine Adresse für die Retour mitgeteilt.
Ich werde hier nichts mehr bestellen.

Items were received in a fairly timely manner. I had a question about an item and emailed customer service, who responded within a couple of days. I'm impressed with the quality of the items and accuracy of sizing.

The swimsuit arrived many weeks after ordering the product with a dodgy placed hygiene strip. Nevertheless it looked very well made and exactly as advertised. Initially excited.
The swimsuit in the end just wasn't for me and so I asked for a returns address and this is when the round about nonsense started.
The company are very resistant to returns. Claiming they only take returns to their
American warehouse that doesn't take packages (come on!) they offer a miserly compensation refund that barely covers initial postage and packaging, a small $5 off your next purchase voucher and suggest gifting the swimsuit to a friend. When challenged they go silent and run the 15 days returns time down. Each email communication takes 24/48 hours. No. Not good enough. I am so far been left £40 out of pocket with an unwanted swimsuit.
Such a shame as I actually think if you can confidently and accurately guess your size and shape style, can wait a few weeks for delivery and don't mind risking your money on an online punt, you could end up with a beautiful swimsuit.

I ordered a one piece bathing suit, swim shorts, and a cover up. I'm very impressed with the quality of the products! The torso does run a little short - which was great as a short torso person but something to think about if you aren't. Only complaint was the lack of transparency on where the items are made and shipped from. I was told my package sent but had not actual tracking until it reached the US.
I ordered a swimsuit on May 27 2023. It's June 20 2023 and I haven't heard anything about my suit or if it's even still coming.
I think I paid to get it delivered sooner, but didn't arrive til after I left for my trip. Regardless, I love the fit of the swimsuit. It's perfect
Waste of money. Products advertise better quality product than what they actually send you. Smells like factory. Very unflattering.

Buyer beware. You can order the product and Meet.Curve will tell you they have a refund policy (return within 15 days, return will be less shipping costs from fulfillment, buyer must pay shipping fees, original packaging, original shipping address is not the return address, etc.) But when you initiate a return with their "service" center, they will never provide a return address - even when you specifically ask for it. Instead they will tell you the best they can offer is to refund you less than 50% of your total purchase cost and tell you that it will "save you time." So essentially, they will refuse to allow you to return products.
A ticket was created and sent to me with no further directions on returning the merchandise. I don't know what needs to be done next in order to get my money back and the timeframe is very short.
Perhaps you can help me with next steps.
