I ordered a bikini set and an extra bottom. I did. The measurements and chose the size based off of that and the bottom fit great but the top was too big. I reached out to do an exchange. The person helping me wouldn't give me the return address (they stated it's not the same as the address on the shipping label). They offered me a $6 refund on the $33 item I purchased so I would keep it and get another one. What am I to do with a top which doesn't fit and then another set?! Not super happy.
Swimming suits are low quality and when I went to return them the Meetcurve is not helpful and is slow to respond. They would not even give me a return address.
I would like to return my order. I contacted the customer service email for a return authorization as required. The response I received was to offer $20 refund and a $5 coupon. I responded that I had no need to keep items that don't fit and asked again for an address for the return. I was responded to with "Secaucus, NJ" that is not an address I can send a return with tracking to. It still has not been resolved after 3 emails to your customer service.
Clothes were to small so requested to return and exchange and was offered a credit instead that i was happy to accept but never heard from them again and didnt get the creditm

I am 5'8" and the 1 piece suits I ordered are too short in the torso. I ended up giving them to my mother in law because there is no way I can wear them. The breast cups won't even come up far enough to cover my breasts.

I decided to take a chance on Meetcurve's swimwear. I was a bit suspicious due to the VERY reasonable pricing. The suits I received are good quality in workmanship and materials and fit well (Do pay attention to the sizing chart.). I have yet to wear them in the water (They arrived after my getaway - not really their issue.) but I anticipate a satisfactory experience. Shipping was within a reasonable time frame.
I need to return this parcel but haven't been given the return address, just an offer of money instead I want to return and get my refund as stated in the term's & conditions which you are not complying with.

I received mine with the inner package opened and all screwed up, after trying to ask for a collection or returns the company told me they don't take returns, surely if a garment is faulty it's your statutory rights.

I really like the item I bought, however it was too small. Then I contacted meetcurve for a return and they did not respond. Contacted them a second time via email and then on Facebook. Finally got a response and was told that I could only have a £6.00 refund for a purchase that cost £29.99 plus delivery. Won't sent it back and will sell privately. Which is a shame really as I would have reordered in a bigger size and saw a dress I would have liked. Won't order from them again
I placed an order after reading the return policy. I was aware that I would have to pay to return items, however unaware of the cost associated. I was aware that I only had 15 days from date of delivery. I initiated a return after about 10 days, thinking that I could go to their website, select return and ship my items. They do not have an online portal for returns, instead have you email them to start the process, then are required to indicate each item to be returned and why, again not on the website so you have write out each item and write out why you're returning it in an email. Then they stopped responding to me and my return window closes tomorrow. I have emailed them multiple times asking that they respond, used different methods of contact provided on their website. Im not sure if I'll be able to get my return processed and as their sizes are a little off from what I typically order, will be out hundreds of dollars with swim suits I can't wear.
Prevent you from making a return, try to pressurise you into keeping items for a partial return. Highly unprofessional. You won't see your money back without resorting to legal action or chargeback on your credit card
