Items took significantly longer to arrive than I had hoped and the fit of suits was all wrong.

My return experience has been awful. I have provided photos for return and no one has gotten back to me. I just want my money back as the items don't fit.

Insgesamt würde ich 4.5 von 5 Sternen vergeben. Der Kundenservice ist toll - man bekommt auf jede Anfrage eine Antwort und die Ware war nach ca. 3 Wochen, wie auf der Webseite angekündigt, da. Auf den ersten Blick machen die Badeanzüge und Bikinis auch einen guten Eindruck - ich habe sie allerdings noch nicht beim Schwimmen getragen. Einen halben Stern würde ich abziehen, weil ich nach der Bestellung nicht direkt eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen habe, sondern diese erst nach ein paar Mails und 3 Tagen erhalten hatte. Aber danach war der Kundenservice sehr gut und ich habe einen sehr guten Gesamteindruck.

It was easy to find swimsuits and order them, but they all came either wrong-sized, weren't sewn right, and the straps were falling off. I am planning on returning them.

The product came very fast and I liked all the different things to pick out especially bathing suits in many shapes and sizes. I have ordered like 3 ovef the past year but I find they are a bit smaller then the actual right size I normally wear and the bra part is thinly padded and moves around but otherwise I like it and I'll wear them and see how they last

Never purchased from this site before but I'm love seeing plus size models like myself d so I I know what the suit looks like on a similar body type. That's so refreshing. I've been scammed by so many Facebook ads I hope I get my suits.

Products arrived on time. A good overall experience. And I will order from them again.

I was searching for a bathing suit that covered my thighs and my arms near my non existing biceps. On Amazon I searched modesty suits and found some nice suits but the tops were more old fashioned than I liked. Yes, I am older but I still want some style! I bought separate pieces on Meet Curve...long bike short type bottoms and a cold shoulder top. I really was happy with its quality and delivery. I am in Canada so worried about delivery. Yes, I believe woman should wear whatever thst wish, but now I can walk around and not feel self conscious...but feel pretty. Suggestion...Make more suits with short sleeves and longer legs...

Quality bathing suits. Shopping on this site is easy. Shipping does take awhile and I would like an option like Afterpay, Klarna or Affirm. Returns and exchanges are a pain and not straight forward at all.

Items are ok, kind of cheap looking but as expected.
However meetcurve UK is not in the UK. It's china and they do not accept returns despite their website stating that returns are accepted if you contact them within 15days of receiving the items.

Emailed the company got prompt emails back trying to resolve my query in a couple of days very satisfied

The customer Service does not reply to emails and they do not act according the applicable law.

Items took 4 weeks to arrive. Now trying to returns items and getting no response from company will not be buying from again or recommending to anyone

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.
Ich hatte etwas bestellt und leider passte es nicht. Daraufhin wollte ich es einfach nur zurück senden.
Doch dies ist nicht möglich. Es werden einen nur Steine in den Weg gelegt.an erhält ständig nur alternative Angebote, wo ich jedoch auf den Kosten und den Kleidungsstücken sitzen bleibe. Dass das alles so umständlich ist, wird in den Geschäftsbedingungen nicht erwähnt.
Auch die Passform ist furchtbar. Ich habe nach Maß eine 2XXL bestellt im Tankinioberteil, weil ich ein große Oberweite habe.
Doch leider passt diese absolut nicht in die vorgeformten Cups hinein. Sie sind viel zu klein und auch so ist der Stoff so elastisch, dass die Bügel die Brüste gar nicht halten können. Sie rutschen durch.
Sehr sehr enttäuschend und sauer Nacht mich das.

Am Ende passt nichts und man bleibt auf den Sachen sitzen.

I bought two swimming costumes that were I'll fitting. It might be my fault but I didn't realize the company was in the US. So when wanting to return my items it was going to cost me £25! I now don't know what to do and customer services are very slow to respond.

I like 2/4 suits. I'm currently dealing with cs trying to return the two suits I didn't like. It's a hassle.

Customer service has been terrible. I have sent 8 emails requesting a return and each time get the same reply back days later. I keep getting offered to keep the swimsuits for a partial refund. There is no number to contact or address to return to.

After receiving my order, I realized that the quality of the swimsuits was not as described in the description online. I have been trying for over a week to get an address to return these items but with no return address. I have placed several tickets with customer service but the closest I've gotten is a town and a state you cannot put that on a return label you need a street address or a PO Box. The companyTo give me a real address to return my items. They are offering me a mirror $25-$45 so I don't have to return anything. However my items costed me almost $90. I just want a real address to send these items back I am extremely disappointed in this company.
