This dress is cheaply made. The style is not flattering at all. The collar felt like it was sewn way back on the neck. Not happy with this dress and will try to return.

The site layout was alright but could use a bit of work: maybe a way to sort by price or by size? The designs were cute and the material was comfy but unfortunately the size I ordered was larger than expected

Experience was good and and all the options were cute.

The product did not fit well - large in some areas and tiny in others. When asked for a return address was given vague instructions even though they require returns made in one week.

The product is GREAT! I love the swim dress and the swim rompers I purchased. They both fit well and are comfortable! The shipping is slow. I would recommend you order 2 weeks or so before you need your items!

I was under the assumption that it was a whole suit and only received the bottoms. Bottoms are marked as a 3x but more like an XL possible 1X. Size is definitely way to small

I received 3 swimsuits that I ordered from y'all. I adore how 2/3 look on me, but the last one is just a bit off for me. I would love to return it, but your returns process is so difficult.

Site is easy to use but I don't like the style options for non swimwear

I loved my bathing suit! It's so comfortable and fits great! I got a 2X, it's slightly big. I may have gotten a 1x.

I ordered two bikini tops and a pair of bottoms, following the size guide, and when they arrived they were too big. I contacted the company to see if I could exchange the pieces for a smaller size, and what followed was email after email from their customer service trying to get me to just keep swim wear. Apparently, it's better to keep/donate swim wear you can't use than to pay to exchange it. For some people, that may be true - personally, I don't think online companies should be charging people shipping for returns, that's part of business - but again that's just me, and in this case, I really liked the pieces and I was willing to pay the shipping fees to get swim suits I could wear. After three emails back and forth, with the customer service agent offering me increasing refund rates to just keep the pieces I had had enough. Who has time for this? I accepted a refund to not ask for an exchange. Ridiculous.

Easy ordering and fast shipment. More options than other sites

The shopping experience was great, lots of good options and filters. I found what I wanted, but ended up not liking my choices. I didn't like the look of mine, and my daughter's was a size too small. When I looked up returns, it's an overall inconvenient process at my expense. Not worth the hassle, which other online shopping sites manage to avoid. I will have to sell off these two suits privately. The only reason I purchased here again was that my daughter really wanted her suit in the size up. Hasn't arrived yet. Here's to hoping it fits so I don't have to sell something else.

I reach out immediately when I noticed one of the suits I ordered was not in my delivery. It took multiple days for a response back and the issue continues to be unresolved. I still am missing a suit and have not received any indication that I will receive it or a refund. At this point a refund would be preferred. The response time is horrible and continues to be vague with no resolution.

I've been trying to return things for weeks I keep getting emails about 3 to 4 days after I sent an email asking for a return address and then they send an email back asking one question at a time and in between those emails it takes 3 to 4 days to get a response. The return process is horrible if I would've known that the return process was like this I would not have ordered.

Got the bathing suits, both fit perfectly, fabric is thick, it appears it should last for a long time. And for the price, I'm very happy! I will be ordering more

Would like to re to run items. Customer service will not return my emails. I require a shipping address to send the outfits back but despite multiple emails, Facebook messages, and Facebook posts I haven't heard anything back!
