After umpteen emails back and forth and not getting anywhere as I wanted a return address for the unwanted items and to get a refund. Absolutely terrible service. Simple request has not been rectified and I was offered a measly £21 'refund' to keep the items I won't ever wear

Lots of cute options, it was hard to know what would fit me best what i for works.
Shipping was slow and hard to track.

I ordered 4 bathing suits, in hopes that at least two would work out for me. Unfortunately, none of them worked. They did not fit well and two of them didn't even look like the pictures online. I emailed customer service to start the return process, which has been probably the most ridiculous experience I have had to deal with. They responded to my email several days later and instead of providing a return authorization, they offered me a refund of 10% of my total purchase price and a 20% off coupon for my next order. I have emailed back and forth with them a total of 4 times now, trying to get a return authorization and a refund. Each time they come back with a bigger discount on a future purchase if I agree to keep the items. Based on their website they accept returns and offer full refunds, but the return shipping is my expense. Now, I'm wasting my time trying to get them to authorize a return and refund and writing this review so someone else doesn't have to deal with this kind of hassle. I'll probably be contacting the BBB after this.

Both whole pieces did not have a long enough torso for my body. One of the internal bras was way too low.

Very difficult to return. Kept a number of items and wanted to return but have yet to get that accomplished. This alone would prevent me from reordering or promoting meetcirve.

Awful. Purchased a swimsuit top. Paid EXTRA for shipping to get it within 2 weeks. When the item arrived it didn't match the description and the measurements did not match the size chart. I reached out to return it for a refund. They initially offered me to mail it back at my cost (I'm ok with that part) or they would give me a $6 refund. The item was $28.99 before shipping or taxes. I declined their refund. Then they offered me $12. Every email response from customer service took multiple days and it came to the point that I was certain that even if I mailed it back at my expense, I wouldn't get any kind of refund. WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN.

So easy to get a visual of what the suit will look like because the model isn't size 0. I've ordered 2 so far and each fit great.

I got 3 cute 1 piece bathing suits that I really like, I just wish the torso was a bit longer as they are a little short for me.

I ordered 3 suits and was really hopefully that at least ONE would be good. The size chart, which I followed to the T, is completely off. The fabric quality is awful. The product design is poorly pieced together and doesn't look ANYTHING like the pictures. Trying to make the return and get my money back has been a nightmare.

The suit was great, the bottoms had sticky residue after removing the sanitary strip. I was able to remove it with my essential oils, but it took some work. Everything fit well. Shipping took forever, almost a month and tracking was not up to date.

Timely delivery & product were very satisfactory. It fit perfectly.

Everything came quickly and fit as to be expected from reading tons of reviews. I love my shorts and tank top tankini. It's cute, I love the coverage, the built in bra is so nice. I'm not worried about exposing anyone like most swimsuits I've bought in the past. Everything is staying in place. I hate swimsuits and this is a love for me. I also purchased a black one piece with fringe and it took it flattering and everything that needs to stay in place and covered is covered! Thank you!

I have been coordinating with their "support" team for more than a week now. The sizes and measurements online were incorrect, thus their products did not fit correctly. I followed the directions of the return and have received 4 counter offers of a partial refund and keep the items. They indicated they would help me on the shipping and offer by $54 for my $77.97 purchase; they also indicated items are returned to New Jersey. It does not cost more than $20 to ship from NY to NJ. They are a nightmare to return to and get a full refund from. I indicated I will be getting the Better Business Bureau involved if I don't get a full refund-- we will see what happens. This is your sign to do a full search on the Instagram businesses.

I ordered several items & needed to return a few. They won't provide me w/the information to return. Very frustrating. If you're going to have a tight return time, then you could at least provide the information.

I'm very pleased with the items i purchassed. The fit is perfect and they are very good quality. I would buy again in a heartbeat.

The suits are ok though the sizing seems inconsistent across selection. One suit in 2x fits great, another suit in 3x is too tight. So I emailed them to return half my order - they won't give me the return address to send it to, i suspect they are awaiting for the return window (small, already!) to expire. BE WARY! This is what you get for listening to a social media ad!

This dress is cheaply made. The style is not flattering at all. The collar felt like it was sewn way back on the neck. Not happy with this dress and will try to return.

The site layout was alright but could use a bit of work: maybe a way to sort by price or by size? The designs were cute and the material was comfy but unfortunately the size I ordered was larger than expected
