Returned the product to seller by self-courier as instructed by Meesho. Now Meesho refusing to refund the payment made for the product. You will not find any better cheater than them.

मैने 6April को meesho app पर long dresses order किया था और advance online payment कर दी थी, 8April को मुझे delivery का massage मिला लेकिन मुझे मेरा पार्सल नही मिला था और मुझे delivered का massage आया था, मैने meesho पर 9April को complaint रजिस्टर कारवाई मुझे कहा गया था कि मेरी complaint पर कारवाई की जाएगी पर आज पूरा महीना हो गया है पर मेरी complaint पर कोई भी action नही लिया गया है, मैं meesho के Halpline पर complaint कर करके परेशान हो गई हूँ पर meesho Halpline वाले अब तो जब भी मैं अपनी complaint करती हूँ तो वह मेरी call hold पर करके काट देते हैं पर मेरी complaint पर कोई action नही लेते हैं meesho ने अभी तक मेरा पार्सल नही भेजा है और मेरा refund भी नही दिया है, मैं तो अब आगे कभी भी meesho से shopping नही करूंगी और आप सबको भी कहती हूँ कि आप भी meesho से कभी भी shopping नही करना नही तो आपको भी मेरी तरह ही परेशान होना पड़ेगा, meesho अपने customer को कोई भी परवाह नही करता है, उसे customer की परेशानी से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है, meesho ने मुझे बहुत ही परेशान किया है

I am writing my own experience here. Today I received my order from meesho. Their delivery boy asked me to transfer the money one account which was his personal account I guess.I transferred money to him,he went I opened the order and I saw that there was something which was made by cow dung and stone.then I called police they asked me to come to the station and make the complaint against the delivery boy and meesho tomorrow I'll do the same. Delivery boy's number is- *******683... please do not buy anything from meesho and be safe from such fraud

Meesho se maine ek gown order kiya tha unhone mujhe wrong product delivered kiya purani saree aayi hai 1.5 month ho gaya hai inhone mujhe refund ni kiya hai inki app mai refund ka option ni a raha yehi problem mera flipkart mai hua tha unhone 3 din mai solve kar diya

People's stay away if u don't loose ur time and money.this side have very late services with cheap quality product.I bought many products and when I cencil my order I didn't get back my refund.Now as ur wish.if u don't loose ur money..

The quality of secured trust escrow went above and beyond my standards. They were very attentive to my needs and provided outstanding customer service. While conducting business with them, I felt totally protected.

I have ordered 6 products all together from Meesho and 2 of them received with fake products like old used tshirt and pant and I have ordered kurtis.rest of the products were so bad in quality like really cheap ones... they are frauds and looting people. Never ever trust meesho.

Infact I did not get any refund by now..

First of all the quality meesho provides really cheap. And when you try to return the product they will delay from their end by saying address is given wrong and after some 4-5 days they will simply say 'We are sorry for the delay please contact customer service'. This is how these people are doing business. I will not recommend this meesho to anyone

Chor hain ye sare,mene to itna saman liya yahan se,fir ek product k jgh kuda bhej diya or refund b nh diya,call krne pr bole k match nh ho rha original pic se,hmari to yhi policy hai k match krega to refund hoga,ese he kuch b bhr k bhej rhe hain,or koi sunwai nh hai,chor bhre hue hain sare k sare,sb mile hue hain,bnd ho jaygi ye app ese to,mene to apne sare friends ko bta diya,sbne delete krdiya account,koi nh lega isse,chor hain meesho pr sb.pese kha rhe hain logo ke or packet me kuda rkh rkh k bhej rhe hain

I have purchased two wooden self by meesho, theses are small in size and space. Not useful at all, because the between space is only 10 cm. They don't give proper discption about size on site.
I put return before 10 days, but they did not pick up item till now.
When I contacted to customer care service, they says sorry, your area is not serviceable.
So we can not help you any way.
My question is if my area is not serviceable then how you delivered me.
And they don't show anys special update on app. Just show pickup is initiated.what is meaning of it

They are the worst business app to shop for. They don't deliver your product not they refund. They just fool you. I had placed an order about a couple of months ago and it didn't get delivered to me. However, the app marked it as delivered. When i raised the complaint over the same, they just delayed is providing a solution to me and today when i was chatting with them for my product/refund, they say that my complaint my closed and now they'll have to raise a new complaint. Now god knows how long are they going to take this time. I request you all to please don't shop from meesho. They display their adds that they provide products at cheaper rate. However their services are the worst. I would personally not recommend anyone to use meesho.
