I ordered this product and received the wrong sizes. So I returned my order. The delivery person came and received the pickup, and I shared the OTP with him, but I couldn't receive any receipt for their side. After one day, I called the delivery person, and he said to me, "I think I forgot to mark," so I told him, Okay, please check and confirm it. During this, I was continuously getting MSG and calls for product pickup regarding After 5 days, I connected with Meeso Help Chat. After a long discussion, they raised the ticket, and they said my problem would be resolved in 4-5 days. After 5 days, I got new mail again. They said, "My problem will resolve in 4-5 days. I got the same mail three times. They are not ready to resolve my problem and are not understanding it. After 12 days, my problem has not been resolved, and they are listening to their courier partner, not their customer. So it's clear for me that they are working for the courier partner; they have a soft corner for them and not for the customer.
Don't buy anything from this app. If order 2 pcs then you received only one pice after then no complaints no solution. Customer talking sense is very bad. I order 2 pcs but received only 1
My experience with meesho is not good. They charge very high price for RTO. Recently I started selling in meesho and I deal in cosmetics catagory. There is no return policy in cosmetics in Flipkart and Amazon. But meesho provides return policy in cosmetics. One of my shipment got returned and I saw my payment is showing -123 I got suprised when I called they said they charged this much and its according to the weight of the product. My product weight is 100 grms so they charged 123 rs for RTO. Isn't too pathetic if customer is returning product just because they don't like it or whatever reason then it's seller duty to pay this much. In this way seller suffer loss. I request to all sellers kindly check payment history otherwise you will suffer loss.

I have given one star rating since there is no negative stars. I am regular buyer from online platforms. But this Meesho company I say with proof that is organized fraudulent company in India to cheat customers. Their logistics partner Xpressbees delivered a package and collected by over Google pay, while the ordered person was not available. After some time we realized that there was no such order from us. Opened Meesho profile and checked history and verified. On calling customer service from Kerala, no one is picking and keep waiting more than 10 minutes and disconnected. After many try got someone and explained my issue. The package they were delivered an old saree tore here and there for Rs. 905/-. Xpressbees collected the package on 21/07/23 and till now the amount not refunded. From their office about 10 different persons sent mail to me on same subject asking my number. I will provide my reply for all those mails and still they did not refunded. Now i am forward my complaint to cyber cell kerala, to check about their organised fraud. What i understand is that, they will deliver "Unordered " packages to client those accept and paid, later on realized fraud, they will not respond to calls or Meesho will not refund. A worst company cheating Indian customers on a organized professional way.

I have ordered 2 quantities of order with prepaid mode of payment... recieved product with only 1 quantity...I have made product opening video on the next minute of parcel delivery...still meesho team is neither responding nor refunding...even they are not taking back product also...they have taken my extra money

Meesho is the Fraud kingpins of the Indian ecommerce, they cheat not only buyers but that laks of new entrepreneurs of newly start are also victim of meesho fraud. The worst of worst condition is facing by meesho supplier. Sell on meesho on Zero Percent commission is just sentence. It is not possible to run business without capital & expenses, here meesho cheats badly to on line seller, Placed fake orders, Third party logistic collect the orders, than The orders marked customer return by meesho, Customer return & RTO orders do not returned to supplier after taking too much followup by supplier by raising to much tickets on meesho Panel, Logistic marked the order deliver without return to supplier, Again started follow up with meesho team for Proof of delivery which fake marked deliver, Fraud meesho seller support team taking too much time after that they just drama to sending link of POD, but supplier do not get any link, and after 2-3 follow up by supplier the fraud team close the ticket force fully which cannot be open by supplier, In between the time is over than if the supplier try to create new ticket the fraudster system could not allow to it. Meesho force fully insist the supplier to run paid aid for orders, To Purchase paid plan to control customer return & courier return, And lastly the insist to purchase Claim approval paid plan of meesho. This Way meesho and logistic partner gain huge profit and opposite side small entrepreneur faced Product loss, packing loss, man power loss and also bared to and FRO huge Shipping charges. Totally badly condition for meehso supplier. Can we believe that an Indian company cheats to Indian.
Meesho customer support executive 8590-*******. I was supplied a saree which was never ordered by me. It was COD order. As it was not clear from where order was received I took the packet paying Rs 751 assuming it is received from Myntra. I have been trying to return the product to Meesho but they have not picked it despite various requests. Now they have stopped responding to my calls. So everyone may note that meesho is a total fraud company. Please never buy anything from them otherwise you may also face same treatment from them.
Meesho is the worst company ever. They never deliver products on time. Whatever deliver are the worst products. Customer support is useless. They never give any solutions. Meesho should be banned by government on urgent basis.

The company don't give a $#*! about customers.one of the agents saud, they cant do anything for me, because i have been listed under the bad customer category, as I have too many returns in the past, If those useless people had done their job right,why would I return?I had contacted all higher authorities possible, still no reply from anyone till date.

Meesho should stop their business as they r least bothered about customers. Suppliers of Meesho are all low quality suppliers and cheaters. They delivers wrong, defective, and poor quality products. I received wrong and defective products and when I complained, Meesho is taking their hands back and saying we can't help. I m attaching a pic as a proof. I received wrong product from suppliers and when I called Meesho...they said our suppliers sent correct product only so we can't exchange. Plz plz...do not buy anything from meesho
