Customer service was great only thing I don't like it how long it takes the package to come. It takes almost a month before you receive your package but they will schedule your payment how you want it

Mdg site is easy to use and it's easy to order, but delivery company is joke. Especially since we paid a ridiculous amount for shipping. Only delivers to our area one day out of the week. Took of work that day because they couldn't do any others. Then they never showed up during time frame, only to call at 6pm that evening to say they couldn't find one of our items. Still without our purchase.

I ordered a 75 inch TV from MDG. I received a non working TV. I'm in to my 2nd payment now and still dont recieve a new one they supposedly shipped out to me. I'm disgusted with their customer service. Horrible!

I am satisfied with the comfortably Hybrid mattress I received from MDG although, purchasing it through MDG the cost is a bit more then others who sell the mattress. I didn't really like the time it takes for delivery

It's been literally 2 weeks after my verification was done and I won't receive my item until 10 days later.

Answer: Nope. On a PS4 or Xbox it's 75.00. Make sure you check the documents they send for all the charges.
Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
