Don't order if you want it fast. I ordered before the 18th. Eve thing was done but takes way to long and the shipping is slow and late too. I was supposed to get my tv today by 5pm it's now 8pm on a Friday so probably not getting it before Monday. And I will be out of town.

The process time is a bit of a hassle and takes a while but customer service is great. The products they offer seem fair and of good quality like Samsung and Sony.

I am not sure yet about this process. My first order was not smooth and I only went forward because I was already waiting or I would have canceled.
