Not good service at all don't care to help figure anything out tell you it's not there problem when it clearly is there problem till the package gets to your place

HORRIBLE AND SCAMMERS
November 12, 2019

I've ordered ps4 on sept 2019 and they took my $23 downpayment and another downpayment $115.70 on oct 4th, took 2mons to wait and then they emailed me saying they can't ship my order because my cellphone is disconnected even though I have work phone and house phone. And now I decided to get my refund and email them 10x already but nobody answered... be careful for this company. Lesson learned. Specially Peter in credit Dept. bad service experience with him...

There are ABSOLUTELY NO words to describe this experience... I'm blown away that a business is ran by employees who are straight LIARS, we have been lied to misled and disregarded all in the same transaction... if I wasn't a person that believes in doing what they obligated themselves to I would cancel my contract and use other means of actions to sue this fact misleading so called company! *** DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT*** buy NOTHING from this company!^^^ FAKE FAKE FAkE

I ordered a king mattress and box springs at the beginning of October, and finished making my down payment at which point I was told is was not available, and to pick another (not what I wanted). Then I was told I could get a queen, I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDER A KING IF I NEEDED A QUEEN. If the product was not available this should have been relayed to me from the start. And speaking with the reps each one were very rude and seem to not care. Very unprofessional! Hoping to remedy the situation.

Disappointed customer.

Love using mdg services. Very useful that you can get nice things without a hassle. I ordered some wireless cameras they came within a week time. But when I opened them to set them up they didn't work. Had to call customer service they are being replace. Would have like them to work the first time around. Hopefully when the new set comes they will work properly. Mdg was great. Great pleasure shopping with them. Will continue to shop with them. They are selling these cameras for another company.

Disappointed with shipping

I paid $75 to ship my PS4, and it was thrown into a box with no packing. The headphones and controller didn't even come with a shipping box. I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't work.
