It was so easy to be able to talk to an actual person rather than a recording. This is very important to me. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgable and I got my answes on everything I needed. I also liked how I could manage to pay once a month rather than every two weeks.

They haven't been communicating with me at all since it ship. I called my Rep Camella and haven't heard back from her. They said it shipped and I still haven't heard from anyone yet

I had no problem with the whole process. They did exactly as advertised and my stuff arrived promptly after paying the required down payment. They were out of the bed I originally had picked and they upgraded my order and even got me a better price for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's credit is not the best. Low weekly payments.

Great customer service and when they say they are going to call or email you they do right on time. So I would recommend anyone to give them a shot and see for yourself
