I first bought an HP LAPTOP from MDG and got a good deal and about 3/4 of the way through my loan, they offered me a higher credit limit that would allow my husband and I to purchase our first NEW furniture. Every thing was great until it came time for delivery. They said it would take 5-7 days but now its going to be Dec. 5 before it gets here. 13 days from the day the order went through. Not to pleased with that.

This is my second time buying from mdg. The first purchase i had some misfortunes but they worked with me and i paid them off. My second purchase i didn't have enough credit for the item i wanted so they uped my limit and i was able to purchase the item! I love mdg the definitely got my business!

Paying for expedited shipping isn't worth it. It still took almost 3 weeks to receive my laptop. I think you need to explain your account approval process in a more concise way...

The whole process from order, verification and especially shipping is very slow. We'r paid for threshold delivery and had tho drive 30 miles to pick up on dock. Now we have to find help to carry these 2 chairs in the house.

Took about 6 months to finally get my order in. Online site is horrible. Tried singing my info in and somehow wasn't taking it until months later. Prices change to worse once added in cart. Shipping price is horrible. Delivery as well. Paying 200 to receive in 2 weeks. That's horrible for that price.
