I've never had one problem with this company yet. Yes the initial process is a little lengthy but when you compare the overall costs from MDG to a credit card, it's so much cheaper. Everything I've ordered has arrived in a timely manner and everything was correct. The team at MDG is very courteous and helpful.
I liked working with this company but seemed to have a LOT of verification processes to have order processed and approved. Then shipping is from out of country and delivery has to be scheduled with the carrier. Not terrible because you pick the time that works for you.
It was a little annoying when trying to do everything to get the TV I ordered the rental application part was kind of rediculous... I have bills I could of used when the rental agreement wasn't available thankfully I was able to get the agreement from my very busy landlord

I received my items yesterday once I opened up the boxes I noticed there was no gaming headphones set that was part of the bundle also after opened up the TV box there was no mounting hardware for the stand the TV works fine I just cannot set it up on a countertop nor can I mounted on the wall with the bracket I purchased because it does not have any of the mounting hardware which specifically states in the users manual it should've came with on top of not receiving my headphone set on the Xbox bundle I spent a lot of money especially with black Friday right around the corner a lot of these items were considerably discounted the main reason I went this route is for the financing my banker advised me I needed to open another line of credit which is why I purchased the items from MDG set up a direct withdrawal so all of my payments are made on time my first experience is not the best the ordering process was great but since I've received the items I am not happy!

I talked too Mr Nathan M did what I need to do bank account Verified put my down payment then I called them told them it came thou nathan said they need another 156 bucks on top of the 156 bucks I spent for my down payment I told them I'll pass on the deal and want a refund they told me it'll hit my account on nov 29th 2019 it's now dec 1st 2019 idk what to do I'm not to Impressed with them at MDG at all watch yourself think twice before you get yourself and taken Vannage of yourself cause they will... P. S still havent got my refund back from them..

One of them is the bank statement of account provided by the customer which includes irregularities. Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
