First let me say that i got a hefty discount on the laptop i wanted, which is great. But i've had to reach out to them multiple times instead of them reaching out to me for verification... so i'm finally at the end of my order, sent bank statements and all that good stuff... now it's been saying theyre waiting on my bank to approve my payments... like what? Why does my bank have to even approve that lol. I placed my order a couple days ago, I'm sure i'll owe a payment before i even receive my product. Sad.

Stay far far away!

I went through the whole process. Then they asked for a deposit. (they should be upfront on these things) Now thats all fine and dandy but at the time I didn't have the extra. A couple months and I decide to go ahead with it so reset my withdrawals. They take the funds, then Jake calls and says they will set up delivery and someone will call back in a day or two. All fine by me. Then he calls back and wants me to go through the online bank account thing a second time. Well NO, you already took my payments. If you wanted that you should of called before you stole my cash. I would of said forget right there. I didn't like letting you into my bank account then and aint doing it again. I sent notice of cancellation and this review dates the same day. Kind of a protection thing. I told them send the goods or send back my money but now I fear doing any business with them. Do not take peoples money unless you are ready to send the products. What the F is wrong with you people? Common sense there comrad. **I will update this with how long it takes them to refund my $170. Digital age -- should be a day or 2.

I just want to take a moment and say Thank you to MDG and staff. I greatly appreciate all your help and service.
My son was Very happy to get his new PS4 for his birthday.
My husband is very happy with his new computer.
We just received our new tv, that took some adjustment.
We had a 50 " Samsung that is 11 years old. And our new tv is a 50" 4 HD Samsung. Smart tv. They are both 50 " but the new one seems smaller. But we are happy with it.

Do not recommend

I've been a customer for awhile now. There rates are outrageously high, there delievery and wait times are very lengthy, the begining was quite the hassle, I'm paying out the remainder of my balance today and never looking back. I suggest no one uses this company as you can buy the same product in stores for cheaper.

So far the service has been great and I have not run into many issues but here are a few I did run into I recived damaged good returning it was impossible the monitor 27" was just bleeding color at the edges and even with extended warranty this made no difference on the cost to replace the monitor had to buy one local myself as shipping cost the same price as a new one was a better choice for me to just get one local everything els was ok I bought the "MDG Apton R7 2700 Desktop" this computer cost $800 more then its worth and comes with a 5 year old video card the rx 560 4g and no bloatware fresh install of windows 10 for the $1800 spent on this $1000 computer to get it to my door to have to upgrade the video card my first month just to play aaa titles with my brand new computer and i well have a review up on youtube sometime this week going over in detail inside and out of this perches should you use this option how despite are you to get a pc this was the only option i had at the time and with out options like this i would still not have a computer so the pros and cons of MDG are just as they are pros and cons more $ less quality and mid ranged service and being over charged but $1000 pc for $1800 and a monthly affordable option. And after using this option i would strongly suggest you to build your own that $800 worth of mistakes you can make and still save more messing up a bunch then you well save hassle with mdg

I got approved and had questions about their buying process and at one time I wanted to talk to a supervisor. ( which they let me but he wasn't helpful a me with ordering and they just referred me to the website. No help what so ever. Please make sure you read all policies carefully before you buy anything from this company. Also read reviews. I have read reviews before I started the buying process. I read a lot of reviews that they couldn't return stuff. I looked up the review policy on MDG's website. I am sure glad I did. This is the review policy from their website

"Return Policy
All sales are a final. Unless required by law, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges of any kind whatsoever. However, we may choose to accept a return in our sole and absolute discretion; our exercise of discretion may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to the passage of time from the purchase date and the condition of the returned goods. Products returned for exchange must be sent back exactly as they were received. They must contain the unused product, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee of 20% of the current balance. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by MDG or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours. If approved by MDG, an exchange, merchandise credit or refund will be authorized.
Due to the volatile nature of computer prices, items will only be refunded, exchanged or credited at the current pricing at the time of return. MDG reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees for any special circumstances, such as damaged packaging, missing CD, etc. Physically damaged products will not be accepted."

After reading this policy there is no way I can buy from them. Please before you buy read all policies!

If they can't back up their products please don't buy!

Shipping Concern

Had Good Customer service and fast delivery but my 1 HUGE gripe is I ordered the 17 HP Omen. It was shipped in just its original Manufacturer box with Handle and delivered by UPS that way... No protective outer box or bubble wrap... Totally unacceptable for item of that price. Everyone can see what is ordered and UPS just throws boxes and items around in the truck... It was literally in the box as if you went to a store and picked it off the shelf yourself... Also was shipped the wrong model number Omen laptop and not the one pictured on the website I ordered...

They robbed, me

First off, I have shopped with them previously. They never value you as a returning customer. They are insensitive. Yet, when you don't have great credit, they have You over a barrel. I ordered products, they sent the wrong items. I told them that I didn't think that it was fair to charge me anyway. I stopped payment because they didn't make adjustments to payment. They froze my account because I wouldn't go with their program. Now, they refuse to send the corrected product. They are over charging interest bi-weekly! Awful!

Was approved for 1200. 00 dollars finally after a couple weeks of talking and discussing pricing. The assigned sales rep told me all I had to do was electronically sign documents and my deposit was x amount. After signing documents I was told considering I "changed " banks I would haft to wait 90 days to prove income at my new bank. What a waist of time. Banked with my prior bank for 5 years and they didn't care to use that as verification of income. Sales only care about making a sale and not telling the legits a consumer needs to know. Training in this company needs to be upgraded to a knowledgeable staff. I spoke with a supervisor and they only cared to read from there protacal script not caring that the sales rep I spoke with wasn't educated and trained properly. Buyer's beware.
