My experience with your company was great. All your team members were helpful and knowledgeable. But your shipper has all but ruined the experience. They are rude and unhelpful. We were considering getting more from you but if this is the only carrier you use we won't be.

Was pretty impressed at first. However I specifically payed extra for 3 day shipping, now it's been 2 weeks and still don't have my TV. Love the Nintendo switch, would of been better both at the same time. I don't understand why you guys use two separate companies to deliver packages it makes no sense.

I know this is for people with bad credit. But, instead of selling a $700 tv for $700, plus interest, they took a tv I. E. the RU7300 Samsung curved tv 65", that costs 699.99 on Samsung's website to buy for $1149. 00 PLUS interest. So, you pay $1800 for a $700 tv. I did not buy from them, please, do some research. Don't let them screw you for $1100 on a tv.

I was trying to purchase a TV and have had the run around for almost 3 weeks. Ivan was absolutely terrible I gavd him so many documents and bank statements business info pictures of cheque's he could have stated his own business for christ sake he just wasted my time big time finally I said cancel everything and delete all my emails and info I was so pissed off all I wanted to do was get the tv I had my down payment ready to go so not impressed with him he's like a robot he can't even think for himself maybe if I had someone else who actually could provide good service I would buy a tv but for now they get a 0 out of 10 useless

One of the worst! Please stay away from. Their cheaper prices are made up in their bank accounts by selling as new and not backing up! Horrible! Heading to the courthouse tomorrow to try and file a small claims suit against them!

I have been a customer of MDG for a long time now I have purchased many items through them and I've never defaulted on a payment! I recently tried to process an order which I kept getting the runaround on because of the current COVID-19 situation they wanted to verify that I'm still employed by my employer which is understandable. I sent multiple proofs of documentation showing that I'm still employed including my most recent paystub from which they were able to deduct my current payments that were due, yet they still are giving me the runaround! I was told by two different representatives that I handed in everything that was needed and yet I got a call today saying they still needed more information and wanted to contact my employer, the company that I work for is overwhelmed and shortstaffed the last thing I want to do is to bother them with something stupid like this it's ridiculous especially because I sent in all the proper documentation proving I'm employed. This has completely turned me off from this company and they should be ashamed to be treating a current long term customer this way! This item was meant to be a birthday gift for my son on April 10th had they not given me the runaround I wouldn't be in the situation I am in now. I was told over the weekend the item would be shipped this Monday (today) and yet they are still haggling for more proof. At this point I don't even want to be tied in with this company anymore.

The beginning process wasn't too bad. They did upsell me at the end sticking me with an extra $900 in junk I didn't need. Which also hurt my credit score because the account shows up like a credit card and that pretty much max out my usage. Got the products and they are working out great. Its been approx. 4 months now and even tho I've made every payment on time they have failed to report this to the credit bureaus leaving my credit report to still show a higher amount owed than actually is. I understand there's no legal obligation but this is the first business I have ever purchased from that didn't report monthly. I never would have made a purchase with this company knowing that.

I could buy a home or a car quicker than this! I places my first order 7 days ago. In the last 7 days I have had to take verification call after verification call. I've sent documents and the worst part is, they needed another contact number because they wouldn't allow my second line phone number. I am 36 years old but they had to call my mom. Embarrassing! It has been 7 days and, although they have taken my payment from my account, it's still saying waiting on bank to clear funds. What have I been verifying over and over and over again? The last person I spoke to said I was good to go and my products will be shipped out. The only reason I use this site is because all over stores were sold out. I want to cancel butim afraid they will keep charging me. By the time I get the items, I'll probably gave it nearly paid off.
Bottom line, I would not recommend this company. The process is extreme. If you have 2 months to waste, go for it!

Answer: Nope. On a PS4 or Xbox it's 75.00. Make sure you check the documents they send for all the charges.
Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
