Well let me say I'm a little bit disappointed in this site! I do not know if its cause of my credit score or whatever! But I have made my six payments and still have not got my ps4 and my air fryer! I was told this past Wednesday that it has been shipped out and will be at my place no longer then five business days! I get in a way that its up to who ever the shipping company is. None of them have called me. I have heard of other people I know that have used this site, and they either get their stuff less then two weeks. So why am I any different? I have never used this site before. I was told great things about Mdg. So please call me and email me please as soon as u can please! Sorry if I am being too harsh! Hope to hear back from u guys really soon.

It took almost 2 weeks just to get my checking account approved, then they told me I needed to pay 6 payments worth before they'll send it out, no problem- BUT YOU CAN'T PAY IN LUMP SUM? Ridiculous! Then I setup for 6 weekly payments, was informed my items will be shipped out the next business day- FORGOT TO INFORM THE PART WHERE "NEXT BUSINESS DAY" IS THE NEXT WEDNESDAY (My last payment was the Thursday prior). Then they don't even ship it out when they said they would, they waited until Thursday. Was Informed it will be here within 3 business days, TURNS OUT I HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK for that one too. I was misinformed TIME AND TIME AGAIN and if this wasn't going to help me with my credit (I'm trying to rebuild/repair- IT WAS STATED TO ME THAT IT WILL HELP IT) I would have already told them to cancel the order. This process took WAY TOO LONG and I will NEVER recommend this company to any of my friends and family who are looking into doing payments for their gaming supplies as well. (We are a huge Italian Gaming Family!) Over two months worth of wait- RIDICULOUS. Next time I will go through Fingerhut or overpay with Aaron's. At least I know I won't have to go through this unnecessary hassle EVER again.

You can make minimum payments or pay your balance faster without penalties. The interest rate is based on your credit assessment and it's different for everyone. I ordered a Samsung Note 10 plus and received it within 3 days after all of the verifying of my income and bank account completed. It came new in the box unlocked so I was able to add to Metro PCS easily. The customer service rep I had was very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently ordered a PS4 pro and the process was even easier since everything had already been verified. I am happy to have an account with MDG and plan on ordering again once I pay off these 2 orders. The only complaint I have is the expensive shipping costs and would like to see more product offerings.

I sent in everything they ask for and continually requested to speak to someone over the phone in which never happened!
When I called the number and extension for the person that they put a picture on the email for was definitely not that person!
It was one of the voices I've heard continually from scammers that call!
After giving them what they requested they wanted me to answer credit file questions that would give them access to my complete and total social security credit background!
If I was to answer those questions for them I would give them the ability to do whatever they wanted with my credit!
I beg you and I hope none of you make the same mistake or you'll receive some merchandise and then find out your credit is screwed even worse!

We do this for security purposes and there is a reason behind every request. Income needs to be verified so that we can set up a customized payment plan with the customer, and our terms and conditions state that we may ask for more detail at any time. We have been in business for many years, and just recently celebrated our 29th anniversary. Information is not requested with the intent to cause such frustrations, and we do apologize. Please understand that we are an online-only company and we must take precautions when lending to prospective customers as it is different from financing done physically in person.
First off the customer service is horrible they do not speak English and they are very rude to anyone calling from the United states. Second they quote you one price and then add on extra intrest charges on there own. I am actually hiring a lawyer because of the illegal charges they decide to take. They take advantage of having your bank account by adding extra charges never quoted on the original purchase price.

Shipping is horrible my laptop is help up in customs I was under the impression it was shipped from the US and when I call customer service they don't have any answers. My delivery day is 5/12 but it won't be here

Could not get straight answers from anyone until I actually talked to the finance department. Finally someone there spoke English well enough to explain member benefits And how it will impact your total costs. Also delivery was supposed to take place on May 12 2020. I had to schedule a day off work as well as enlist help to move my items into the house because due to corona the shipping company will not bring anything inside. Yet today on the 11th of May they contact me and tell me my items are still in Chicago and they have no idea when they will get them to the warehouse located near me to actually deliver said items. So far I am unimpressed by this company and tempted to not continue to do business with them

Answer: Nope. On a PS4 or Xbox it's 75.00. Make sure you check the documents they send for all the charges.
Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
