After reading countless reviews about people getting the same laptop I ordered. Then finding out it doesn't work, etc. I thought I should call them and cancel. But then again, I already paid a down payment, so just wait until it gets to me. Well I received my laptop about a week ago now, and it runs fantastic. I play world of Warcraft and usually only out it on recommended settings (4) due to my eyes and it runs around 100fps and busy cities around 60fps. This laptop is super fast and even tells me certain drivers to download for my specific game. I'm glad I ordered this laptop and easy payments of $75.08 each month. I couldn't ask for anything better..

It was great aside from taking a little under a month to finally get my product shipped. The game they give you for free is extremely outdated. The customer service was very friendly and they did everything they could.

Lots of back and forth and info they needed they didn't have because I wasn't told they needed it in the first place. Seemed like I had to jump through a lot of hoops that didn't make sense to me. Like getting back to me with literally minutes left before closing hours making me wait until next day to move on to what seemed to be a never ending amount of steps to get my item shipped. I mean you took the money out of my account then told me you needed more info from me before beginning the process of shipping my item. To me you should never touch the bank account until you have all the required information from the customer first. After all of that I got my item and I'm satisfied with it.

I placed my order on July 20th and still haven't received it yet i have sent emails asking about it and phoned delivery service and still nothing

Overall dissatisfied needs improvement! Customer service needs improvement, processing order times need to be alout faster, and shipping methods need to be faster not ups standard should not take 7 days to receive order absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable service.

It took almost 2 months from when I confirmed my banking information until I received my order because the employee I was dealing with went on vacation in the middle of everything and didn't let me know. I wasn't able to get the promotion I was supposed to get because it expired by the time he came back. He did give me $200 off but it definitely wasn't equivalent to the promotion I should have gotten.
