Worst customer service.
August 10, 2018

First i get assigned to roger. What a $#*! show. Guy doesnt answer his calls or emails. Litterally never available. Then i get tracking telling me my package will be here on the 3rd. The 3rd rolls around and still no package so i call customer service and get told its en route and ups already picked it up which was absolute bull $#*! seeing as about 2 hours later i got my first tracking update THAT IT HAD JUST BEEN PICKED UP. If i dont get my package by tomorrow (10 business days) i will absolutely loose my $#*!.

Really good experience

Staff is great, products not so much

The stuff that MDG provides is excellent they try everything possible to help you fix your problem however I don't think I will ever in my life purchase or finance a Samsung product ever again I wish I could give my Samsung product back and get something different however I've already signed the contract and I can't I only have the TV for 24 hours and couldn't set it and then for a week the TV didn't work finally when the TV did start working there's no sense for them to bring a new TV it would just be a waste and I would have to start all over again so this is where I'm at

A disaster
February 18, 2021

First I call about my order I spoke with someone with the ext 892 she put me on hold then hanged up the phone on me, because I placed an order a week ago n still haven't received it. I then had to call back and spoke with Ivan, who transferred me to customer service. Finally, she contacted the company to open an investigation about the parcel which will take up to 8 days, but she said she would resend the item again but she will send an email with tracking number let's see how long this will take. I am already started paying for this item n still cannot have in my hands let's see how long this will take the second time around to get the item...

Too many steps

Too many steps and verification after I thought I was clear I had to verify and send in more stuff. It just got annoying. Next time I'll buy it instead by saving.

Decent

They are okay, I wish they would have more inventory. The inventory is so limited. I would also say that the interface needs to be updated. It's so outdated and annoying to navigate. The service is good though. Pretty direct and easy to work with.

Convenient and Reasonable
