I have purchased five items from MDBM and love your products. My last order I did not like the zipper opening. I thought it was to small. I have been on the return site many times and it freezes up ever time. I wish to return the Satchel but cannot get the website to cooperate. I tend to purchase expensive handbags, but I wanted to try MDBM. And I am very glad that I did. It is very good quality and has a great design. I receive compliments on the bag and the color. (It is a subtle classy blue tone.) I also love that the bag is very functional and ideal for my current needs. I can put two drinks in my bag and still have room for that great pouch that came with it and for the smaller wallet/clutch that I purchased, as well as my other items that I carry. I am amazed at how low the price is for such a great bag. I do believe that I have found my go to for bags.

After returning a bag, I had to contact the company as new handbag had not arrived. The same day I received an email from a representative who mapped the progress of my order. While it took four weeks to arrive, she kept me updated on the status on delivery. After my bag arrived, she sent another email to ensure I had received the bag. I am extremely satisfied with this company.
I saw a leather wallet online by this company and thought it would be nice to have. I paid $70.95 for it and I kept getting all these text messages that it was being shipped out and in these different destinations. Finally I got to email asking me how I like the wallet but I never received it. I contacted the company and they said that since it shows that it was delivered there is nothing they can do about it. I don't know about you but I don't have $70.95 to throw away so I was thoroughly disgusted is what I get from ordering from these foreign websites I'm going to stick to Amazon from now on. Needless to say they don't have to worry about me ever ordering anything from them again.
Everything I have purchased has always been shipped on time and is very nice quality for the price. I think the negative reviews sound as if the purchasers were buying thousand-dollar handbags! I highly recommend this company for style, price, and delivery.

I took a chance and ordered a new handbag from MDBM a few weeks ago as the ad was popping up on my social media. I usually don't do that, but I was looking for a new handbag something different and unique. I ordered a new handbag, the CHOLET. I was nervous at first thinking that I might have been scammed or would never get the handbag. Once I received it, I was in love. I then ordered, the TOULOUSE wallet and the LIMOGES card/wallet. I love them so much I ordered a CALVI crossbody to only use when I don't need a lot. I absolutely love all the products. I ordered 2 more handbags for Christmas presents and 2 BRIOUDE one for me and my daughter. I was a Coach snob for years, then I found a new brand Spartina and was a fan. But now, this is my brand and I highly recommend giving them a chance. Well made and different from any other handbags. I get more compliments from the brand I carry now. Great experience each time I've ordered from them.
