I ordered a whipple supercharger from them on December 2021 I called them two weeks later to ask them when they would send my supercharger and they said it usually would take 1 month to send it out. I waited 3 more weeks called them again and they said that the next week they would sent it out I waited another week and a half and they never sent it out I called again and they said it was going to be sent till March because it was on back order I waited till March called them again and they said to wait another week. I decided to call whipple supercharger company to ask them how long were they on back order and they said that those supercharger had been discontinued for a while and that I would never receive my supercharger. I called Mb Gram back and cancelled my order they said to wait 7 to 14 business day to get my refund I waited 14 business days and called them back because i didn't receive my refund the lady told me to wait two days to get my refund i never received and I called them back again and they said you will receive your money tomorrow which was Friday I never received my refund and I called again and they wouldn't answer I will try again on Monday and I'm going to report them to the better business bereau

I bought an AFE intake for my car from mbgram on Jan 21 2022. The product was listed as in stock. After waiting about a week with no shipping info I called to see what was going on. Lady that answered the phone was nice but couldn't give me an answer as to why my part has not shipped. I then asked to receive a refund. She processed it no problem. I have a text that states I'll be refunded for the part. That was the end of January and 3 months later still no refund. I called a few times and was promised they would take care of it but again no refund. Just be careful with these guys.

I ordered a meth kit for my car to use at an event, I didn't receive my order after being told for a month that it was going to be shipped. Then when I asked for a refund I was told I'd receive it in 7-10 business days, still haven't received it. So not only did I not get my order, I couldn't get the refund in time to purchase a replacement for the event. First and last time I buy anything through this business.

I ordered 2 tires that showed as in stock and waited 5 months before giving up and asking for a refund. That was 1 month ago and still no money back. 6 months now they have had my money and will now be contacting my credit card company to fight the charge and the state consumer protection office to file a complaint. What a farce.

I ordered parts for a cam swap from mbenzgram.com. Items were listed as in stock, however 20 days later, the item had not shipped, I had to buy the parts from another supplier, and requested a refund. Now it has been weeks since I requested the refund, and I still haven't received that. I submit requests through email, their site contact page, and phone, and have yet to hear anything from their accounting department, whom they state is the only department that can help me. I do not recommend these crooks, and will never use again.

Be cautious when placing orders with MBGram, particularly if you are ordering an item that is out of stock. After waiting nearly 3 months for my item to ship (not MBGram's fault) I requested a refund. Although their website and numerous emails indicate the refund will be issued in 7-10 days, it's now been nearly 30 days and no refund! After numerous emails, all I get from them is "thank you for your patience, someone from accounting will provide you with an update shortly". Totally irresponsible and a complete lack of customer service!

Everything I needed is in the kit. The fittings screw into the tank seem to be too tight initially and I had fear for them not sealing but they will seal with a little extra tightening, be cautious though because they are tapered pipe fittings. Everything seems good so far.

I ordered a set of wheels a month ago, when I inquired as to whether they were in stock I was told there are 24 on hand. Then over the next 4 weeks the only communication I got was "incoming to ship next week" or similar

This company is not worth purchasing anything from. Yes they have great prices but do not have the items in stock then give you false delivery date to string you along. Placed my order 16Janaury never received my product. Asked for a refund and now still waiting on that too!

I ordered a set of tires on March 3rd. They charged my card - took my money - $670. Never got anything about saying when they'd be shipped. I called on March 7th to find out when they'd be shipped. They said the tires were on backorder. I asked to cancel the order because I needed the tires now. They agreed to cancel the order and said I would be refunded in 7-10 business days (which in today's day is an outrageous amount of time for a credit card refund). I waited the 7-10 days and then called again. Told it was processing. I called again and they said that accounting would contact me. They never did. I emailed them. I was told accounting was handling it. I called again and again was told that it was processing but that I'd have my refund by tomorrow (the 18th). Still nothing. Another week and more calls and still being told a line about accounting... processing... supervisors will handle... i'll be contacted... still nothing. I finally had to file a claim with my bank. I just called again today and the person on the phone say "you filed a claim with you bank - you'll have to contact them now". The person on the phone dodged the question when I asked why did it had to take me filing a claim with my bank to get my money back? A lot of good reviews for this site and that's why I went with them. Buyer beware - if you are going to buy from them call to see if it's in stock first.

If you plan on rebuilding factory heads... forget it. Get these heads instead. You will not be disappointed. They are amazing. Perfectly built, better than stock. Valves are nice and very good casting.

Ordered a part from this company. Waited a week for a delivery confirmation, nothing. Called and they stated that it would be shipped out Thursday ( Monday call) and would get ship confirmation. Nothing. Emailed situation, reply was that order would ship in caps and in caps I would receive email when order is on the way. Again nothing. Called again, service insured me ship out at end of the week. I am now a priority. Nothing. Week later Called again service states that order will be shipped expedited by end of day and the manager was informed. 4 days later nothing. This has been going on for over a month.as 3/28 cancled the order. Let's see how long this takes! Don't order from this company empty promises to keep you hooked.

Contacted them 3 times now with promised shipping by the end of the day. Still nothing. I will think twice before ordering again.

I took a chance and ordered from this company because of their reviews and prices. I placed an order in January. I never received any updates about shipment. I reached out and got a quick response every time. I was advised my order was on back order every single time. A whole month goes by and still no package. Reached out and was told I would need to wait another two weeks on top of the month I already waited. I told them to cancel my order. This was in February. Another month goes by and I never receive my refund. I reach out and they told me someone from accounting would reach out. No one reached out. After a week I reached out again and they advised they are barely going to issue my refund. We are almost in April next week. Going to probably have to dispute the charges. I hope you guys shape up.

4/1/2022 - I received a call from the company today apologizing for the inconvenience. While I appreciate the apology they asked me to remove this review which I will not be doing. I just received the refund today as well after over a month of cancelling my order. I find it amusing that there was no communication during this transaction but once a negative review is left, they called and texted me until I answered the phone.

Purchased an item 5 months ago. Been on "backorder". Every time I inquired about the product, there was a delay from the manufacturer. I then contacted the manufacturer directly since it was a drop-ship, and they said they did not have any actual orders from MBenzgram at all. So I was waiting this whole time when they never even put in the order!

I then requested a refund and got more back and forth excuses that their accounting would get back to me. They of course never did, I then reached out again and again since they have no phone number on their site. Finally got my refund but I would NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE! The amount of time and effort spent is ridiculous to get a product you paid for!

Fast forward, they called and left me a message on this, telling me to take this review down. Nope not how this works.

Bought part in Jan 2022. Still no part and March is almost over. Just a bunch of run around from them. Customer Service is a joke they tell my part is in stock and we'll go out this week and then the next week they tell me the part is been in back order and will not go out for 2 to 3 weeks. Multiple emails multiple phone calls it's just All B. S. at this point. If I don't hear from them by the end of this week I will put a request in for my money back which after reading a few other reviews seems like it's going to be an issue also. I think it's time that I try and call the better business bureau on them and see where that takes me. With that all said buyer beware I would stay away from this company from ordering anything because it seems like the price was too good to be true.

Super fast replies and extremely helpful service. Messaged them just asking when I can expect the package to be shipped and they replied fast and my new exhaust system arrived within 24 hours of the message. Overall great company with good prices 5/5

I originally ordered a steering wheel that was on back order but they helped me find another one and got it to me 2 days after, I'll be ordering from them again.
