If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is robbing me, I ordered wheels back in early February that were supposedly "in stock". I waited two months. All they would tell me every time I checked in after 2-3 weeks with them was that I needed to wait another 2-3 more weeks, no matter how many times I waited 2-3 additional weeks. It was the same result. Nothing, not even an email or anything, so I figured hey they don't have them and they can't get them… that's okay I'll just cancel. I cancelled and got a email on April 13th saying my order has been cancelled and refunded please allow 7-10 days for refund to post to your account, it is now may and nearing 30 days and i haven't gotten anything refunded and nobody answers any emails or phone calls, instead they make me wait on hold for 30 minutes and then the call just ends lol. I have never experienced this with a company but I recommend nobody purchasing anything from mbenzgram or you could be in the same situation as me.

Tires ordered 12-14-22. Months and numerous requests via email and phone and they won't give a shipping date. I emailed them on 5-5-22 stating I specifically want to keep my order, but I want to order tires thru another company. I will cancel whatever order doesn't come in first. Also told them I called Toyo tires and a senior rep told me that my tires are on back order but a 5 month wait isn't accurate. She advised those tires should have shipped and arrived no later than 6-8 weeks. She warned that this could be a scam, or my tires could have came in and they sold them to someone else. On 5-6-22 THEY (MBENZGRAM) cancel my order without a request or permission from me. Ask to speak with a supervisor and they won't allow me to. Numerous phone calls (on hold 15-37 mins each time), and hung up on by a rep after waiting 37 mins.

I ordered a High Volume Water Pump for my Hot Rod Falcon from them because I save a BIG $23.00
I ordered this on the 25th of February 2022 and never got it. I had to write them about every 2 weeks to find out where it is and the stand can reply was a mfg. Problem and that it is to ship in 2 weeks. This went on for 2 months and I was NEVER emailed any UPDATES from their wonderful customer service department. 14 days ago I finally canceled my order and was told that refund would show up on my card in 7 to 10 days. Never happened, on the 13th day I wrote and asked for my refund and was told that it had not been approved for refund and then I got a reply from them saying I would get the refund in 4-5 days.
For a saving of $23 and all this waiting and BS, this place is a complete JOKE and by the way I called Summit and got the exact same pump in 4 days

Thay got me for $1100. 00 thay won't refund my money ordered some tires then thay said it's back ordered so I canceled it now they want respond

I placed an order since February 8th, they never sent it. I tried to communicate and always the same answer, (it will be sent this week). I decide to cancel the order and since April 2nd, am trying to get my money back. With the answer of already the accounting department is going to make the refund. And nothing happens yet. Not recommended. I would give them triple 0 stars but there's no option.

Mbenzgram stole our $2600. 00 and refuse to refund our money and refuse to send us any product! They hangup the phone when we try to talk to someone for a refund! We are contacting the authorities to see what action we can take, please please do your self a favor and stay away from this fake company.

Ordered a body mount kit. Needed them within a week (company stated that the kit was in stock), so I emailed them to see when the kit would ship. They got back to me saying it would be 2-3 weeks before they even had the kit in their warehouse (falsely stated they were in stock which was a lie), and asked if I wanted to keep my order or cancel. I said I needed them sooner, so I needed to cancel the order. Now this was a cancelled order within an hour of placing the initial order. I was then told 7-10 days for a full refund. After 10 days past when I was supposed to get my refund credited back to me, I still haven't gotten my money back. I sent an email everyday day asking why I haven't received my money and how they were still in business, well I know how they are in business, THEY ARE A SCAM! Every email I sent was met by an almost identical response to every other reviewer on here stating "Hello, Someone from accounting will check on your refund status and update you shortly. Thank you!" Which is an outright lie, as 3 different people said verbatim the exact same thing! They are obviously just grabbing anyone's money they can, and will only give the money back after someone gives them a bad review or claims they are a scam. I almost guarantee that all of the 3,4, and 5-star reviews were either the company's own employees boosting their ratings (HORRIBLE BUSINES PRACTICE), or more than likely they are all bots produced to give good reviews to combat all the absolutely horrendous customer service and support. I have all documentation, so I would love for them to try and say this review is invalid, as almost every other person who has reviewed this company has said almost the exact same thing.

Its been 43 days and I'm waiting on an escalated refund since April. It is now May 3rd and I haven't heard from any accountant members or supervisors who'd promised I'd have a refund today! Nothing. Please don't do business here. The item hadn't even left the warehouse yet and I can't get my money! I have been denied talking to supervisors, transferred, hung up on, poor sales team is relying on incompetent supervisors who are leaving them on the front line and cowering behind them! Please do the right thing because if it was your money in limbo, I doubt you all wouldn't just have me "essentially waiting". I've heard allow me 7-10 business days for my ticket to be processed on the refund. Then 3-5 to let the accountant team review. That's 15 days at most triple the time with no results. This is terrible!

Then to be told "I have limited times on chat" is the most unreal thing I have ever heard. This will never happen again! Thank you!

Writing this review because Mbenzgram charged 537$ to my credit card and didn't even have the tires I ordered in stock. I have no idea why they charged my card if they did not have the product. Now almost 3 weeks later and several emails stating I NEED MY MONEY REFUNDED! I'm getting the run around. Been told twice they're accounting debt would reach out to me and noting what so ever. Finally had to have my credit card company void yhe transaction because apparently Mbenzgram is either lazy, doesn't care, or flat out isn't gonna refund the money. I also has to report then to the BBB.

I've been waiting for my refund for an intake manifold I ordered but only received, "it'll be 2 or 3 more weeks before it's scheduled to be shipped". I requested the order to be cancelled and my funds to be returned to my credit card account on April 1,2022. I'm not sure if there are any "Accounting Dept employees" on their payroll because if there are, they are sure slow in doing their job! One month and counting...

Never shipped my item despite it being in stock if I ordered right away. Two weeks later the item was supposedly on national backorder with no update email or apology due to their lie. Item returned to inventory at manufacturer and still never shipped despite multiple emails requesting status. Applied for refund after 6 weeks and still haven't received refund. Forget their low prices and buy from a reputable dealer!

It's the worst experience I've had, I ordered an exhaust and after a week with no info that my order had shipped, i emailed them and called them about the status of my order and they said the item was in back order, a week later i contacted them again and they said my order was getting ready to be shipped, i was told the same thing a week after that, so i decided to cancel my order, they canceled it real quick, now it's been 3 weeks and i haven't received my refund, I've been told the same thing for 3 weeks that a sales representative will contact me, I'm irritated to the fullest with them, I'd appreciate it if they gave me my refund just as quick as they charged me when i placed my order, never again will i even think of ordering anything else from them

Ordered a cold air intake that showed in stock. Was charged right away then told it was on back order and would ship in 30 days. After 30 days and no shipment they said it would be another 30 days then another. I cancelled my order after 4 months of no updates and a month later I've received no refund even though the order showed canceled. This business takes your money.

I ORDERED A LIFT KIT FOR 1999 JEEP CHEROKEE ON 3-11-2022 HERE IT IS 4-27-2022 AND PART HASNT EVEN SHIPPED YET, THE ONLY REASON IM GIVING 2 STARS INSTEAD OF 1 STAR IS BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SEEMS AS THOUGH HE IS TRYING TO HELP. HOWEVER I WAS TOLD THE PART IS IN THE WAREHOUSE AND WOULD SHIP SOON BUT HASNT SHIPPED YET AND CANT GET AN ESTIMATED SHIP DATE. NOT EASY TO EXPLAIN TO MY CUSTOMER WHY HIS VEHICLE ISNT DONE YET.

Should of done research. Ordered wheels. For weeks told me they were about to ship. Never did. Finally asked for refund. They told me 5-7 days. It's been 14. Guess I will have to dispute it now.

Mbenzgram is a scam all these reviews are fake i been waiting 2 week and still haven't received my money

After almost 11 months I never received my items of refund. After talking to my bank they told me they couldn't do anything about it. This garbage $#*! company claims that they refunded my money but they never did. The bank told me that I'll have to get a lawyer in order to get my money back. So I have to pay thousands of dollars because these piece of $#*! people stole my money but said they returned it. But the bank doesn't see any proof of that. You people are garbage, pieces of $#*! that, taking hard working people's money.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Bought a clutch from them didn't hear anything so asked for a refund says it's been refunded and I still haven't seen my money been almost a month
