Terrible

Ordered an Edelbrock pro Flo 4 12/20/21 as of 4/5/22 it still hadn't shipped. I cancelled the order. I am still waiting for a refund as of 4/26/22. I have been told for 3 weeks their accounting was working on it. I will never recommend this vendor to anyone.

Ordered 383 stroker rotating assembly 10/29/22 said they would email when shipped waited 2months no word called they said two weeks to ship waited one month again nothing emailed them again they said back ordered waited another month emailed them again said still backordered waited two months 4/25/22 told me part no longer available and canceled my order. Looked on their web site and they still have it listed at higher price but looks like still can buy one, seems like they do not stand up to their price, but they took my money. No sorry or nothing now have to wait 2 or 3 weeks for refund. Better off to go to Summit or Jeg's better service and you know thy will treat you right and keep you informed about your order!

It is not a reliable online marketing place, and Also not responsible.
1. They don't explain what is special order.
The customer service told me I didn't see the policy for return, who will see the policy for return when the people was trying to buy something?
2. Do not have shipping days mentioned.
3. If don't have any parts available they don't get in touch with you to let you know.
4. I tried to contact with them twice always will be shipped in "2 weeks"
5. I have been waiting 2 weeks to let my car get fixed. I need my car get fixed to work. They were wasting a lot of time.
6. The refund takes 7 to 10 business days. I will see how many days I can receive the refund. This is not refund purposes. All is about they are bull$#*!.

I ordered a set of Tires for 822$ on December 27th. After 3 months of "backorder" I never received them and requested a refund late March... multiple emails and phone calls resulted in more wasted time and even said expect money in 48hrs... still don't have the money and opened a dispute with my bank... You get what you pay for and pay for what you get... this business is horrible and a scam... guessing the positive reviews are from bot's... Id give them zero stars if that was an option... Buyer beware...

Placed order beginning of september 2021 for Holley 0-8007 carburetor(yes it was on long term back order, however they did not disclose item was on backorder when they took my money); after multiple times/communications and promises the item would be, it finally was back in stock(per Holley website)8 months later; after waiting 8+ months, i figured now it's back in stock and should have shortly; Nope! Almost 3 weeks later and about a half dozen email/promises it would be shipped this week... WELL THAT NEVER HAPPENED! I don't know if customer service is a 'bot', but replies were about the same and they NEVER answered specific questions posed to them regarding the product and how/who was actually shipping item(drop-ship or direct from MBGRAM; At this point, I was reading online review(yes, i should have done prior to ordering) and the bad review(several) had the same theme as mine: 'yah, your item will ship this week' and the item NEVER DID; Now I have requested a refund on my 8+ month long order wait... the reviews warn they are awful at getting your refund back on your credit card(could take months+ and possible having to file dispute w/CC company). PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND SEE THE CHEAP PRICES AND THINK 'I COULD SAVE $'s ORDERING FROM THEM' and wind up in the same boat as me and others... PAID FOR PRODUCT AND NO PRODUCT-RUN DELIVERED / GET THE RUN AROUND!

Ordered a clutch 2 months ago. No word back

I ordered a clutch around mid February. The took the money out of my account and I received an email saying they will notify me when my order has shipped. A month in no word, so I call customer service, they were kinda rude and told me my clutch was special order so it takes a while. Month 2 I call again, they tell me that they have no idea where my clutch is in the processing and can't give me any updates. I see a couple people who have requested refunds and that seems like it's going to be a task too. If they could communicate better I wouldn't mind but the lack of communication and overall unorganization is what makes me not want to give them my business.

I placed an order on 4/2/2022, I have sent several emails, left two phone messages, and to no avail. If you do try to call, you'll sit on hold for ten minutes, only to be punted into voicemail. None of my phone calls have been returned, and each email reply says that my part will ship "next week". Run away, read the reviews. I fell for some good reviews on a few forums, but they're likely just fake accounts for the company.

Still trying to get refund

I placed an order for a lowering kit on 3/21/22 and got a quick order confirmation and credit card charge. I hadn't received tracking info 3 days later and emailed. They said the item was on backorder and would be 2-3 weeks. I cancelled my order on 4/5, after finding the kit on hand elsewhere with 5 day shipping, and was told I would be contacted by the accounting dept for my refund. I STILL have not gotten a refund as of 4/20 after multiple emails to confirm. They DO respond quickly but I feel it is just to stall. Stay away!

Buyers Beware!

Purchased a Fast EZ TCU Trans Control Kit Jan 10 2022. March 30 2022 I still had not received the item so I cancelled the order. I received an email stating the order was cancelled and I was refunded. As of April 20 2022 I still Have NOT been refunded and can not get ahold of anyone at MBGRAM or MBENZGRAM to resolve this matter. They have salespersons to take your money but no customer service reps to refund your money (because of COVID)! I guess its ok for sales personnel to talk on the phone but not customer service to work during so called pandemic. In sort use AMAZON! I received the same item from Amazon in two days!

Still waiting on exhaust

Been well over a month since I've ordered my exhaust for my 16 hellcat charger. And numerous etempts to see progress or get tracking number they have failed miserably. Always sending the same messages over and over. I would definitely not recommend

I placed a special order in Dec. They kept saying 2weeks. Every time I asked for an update. Now 4 and half months later they keep saying 2 to 3 weeks. But I will keep asking until I receive it. I will continue to post neg feedback until they resolve the issue and give me a firm date. I will not cancel as this part has now jumped in price and I can't afford the new prices.

Awful experience, waste of time and money

2 months ago i bought an intake, never received anything, the shipping date changed everyday. I canceled my order one month ago. They still send me the same message, an accounting will contact me... More than one month for a reimbursement! I spend lots of time after them. I have never put bad review in my life but this time i will do everywhere! Be careful, total scam this company. I never saw that. Don´t buy anything from them

I ordered an Air Intake for my Toyota Tacoma on 1/7/2022. After a week I called and asked why it had not been shipped. They said it was on backorder. On 3/25/2022 I called to cancel the order since they were obviously never going to send it. They said my money would be refunded within 7-10 business days. I called two weeks later and asked why i still had not been refunded. Again was told the money would be released. 1 week later I called my credit card company and opened a dispute. I don't understand all the good reviews. This has just been a big scam for me.

I ordered headlights from the website (they were in stock) they told me 2-3 weeks for it to be delivered. That was fine, but then more time goes by and they said I won't get them until around April 3rd when I had placed my order at the end of February. So instead I asked for a refund on March 25th everyday since then when I try to call I can't get ahold of someone to ask them about my refund but they told me "your money will post in your bank in 7-10 days". NO it didn't. Now all they are saying is " Someone at accounting will check on your refund status and update you shortly." sounds like bull$#*! to me. Will NEVER order from them again. I just want my money back or my damn part. And now have to wait two months for it!
