I ordered a set of Toyo proxies R888Rs in April 2022 but prior to my order I reached out to MBGRAM to verify that they were stocked and ready to ship. After they confirmed stock & quantity I placed my order immediately. I followed up a couple weeks later and I was told they were special order and I was advised they will ship 2 to 3 weeks. This went on for over 2 months with me following up every 2 weeks so in June I finally canceled my order and was advised I would receive my money in. 7-10 business days. I have followed up 3 times emailing them and now its the end of July but all they can tell me is someone from Finance will reach out to me over and over again. I totally understand business sides of things and refunds are pretty easy to deal with so I do not know what the problem is. This is my very first bad review for a company and I gave them plenty of chances. I have all the email communication and how poor they're dealling with it.

I placed an order for tires with MBGram on June 20,2022. I was told it would ship 7/1/22. That never happened. I cancelled the order 7/4/22 and was told my refund would be processed with 7-10 days. It now has been 20 days since and no refund has occurred. I will contact my bank to dispute the charge and potentially legal proceedings.

Ordered parts 5-15-2022. Some parts are special order. Just means they arnt shipping any parts cause they don't ship parts. Then you ask for a refund they also don't do refunds. Now I'm out 900$ I can only hope my bank can pull some majic off. I don't feel this review will be up long if at all. I have Facebook

Order some wheels and next day I cancel the order cause I realized Their wasn't a good fit for my truck, Got reply with "order cancel and refunded". Is been over a month and haven't got that refund yet, been calling and they don't answer, been sending emails and only reply with "someone from accounting will update you on your refund " but still no response or refund.

Placed order in March, they said they didnt have the item in stock even though their site did not show it was out of stock, asked me to wait a couple weeks. Ok, no problem - well its end of July and still nothing! Keep emailing them and each time is "it will be shipped next week", already asked for refund. Nothing yet.

One of the worst experiences ever at an automotive site, and thats saying a lot.

I ordered a part and a couple months later NOTHING! Kept saying it was backordered and offered to cancel and refund. I cancelled and it has been MONTHS and still have yet to receive my money back! They are a total scam and nobody answers their phone. You send an email and all you get is the same generic reply. Spread the word and DO NOT BUY from these people. Save your time and money!

Buyers beware this company is not what they seem like. At first everything looking good, but they only take your money and very few receive the parts they order all reviews are fake. Good luck trying to get a refund some do and mostly none will ever get a refund. After the fact there is no physical street address so you can't mail or visit site. Only email or chat and when you press a issue they end it. I lost a lot of money so I'm trying to help those who haven't been trapped.

I ordered in April cancelled in May after no creditable delivery and requested a refund. After 2 months, no refund. They do not answer their phone number and I get a generic "accounting will contact you" when I email about my refund.

Horrible place you can't call and get ahold of person. Sold Me a product they don't have and never reached out. After several emails still haven't received my money. Fraud

Do not buy from them. They are fraudsters, good luck ever getting a real reply from them. I have been fighting to get a refund from them for over a month, but don't worry, their automated email says its being reviewed by their "accounting department" for 30 days. Scam.

Ordered a part in January. Not delivered. Now I requested a refund, but no one wants to process the refund.

I ordered doors, hood and core support.
Not one was shipped and they kept telling me it was in stock and it would be shipped the next day. 3 months later and i still haven't been sent anything. They will sell you parts they don't even have, hoping they will get it in before you cancel your order.
Our business will not be ordering from this company again!

On 25 June 2022 I purchased and paid for a radium engineering transmission filter for my GTR.
John in customer service a week ago said that it was in their warehouse but they could not ship it for two more days and then I would see a tracking number text and emailed to me as soon as it ships. It's now July 18 and my GTR has been on the rack waiting for the filter for 24 days.
I have emailed multiple times with the following response #1 on July 11:
"Your request (ticket #: *******) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff during business hours and will reply to you shortly."
Response # 2 on July 12: your request (ticket: *******) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff during business hours and will reply to you shortly."
On July 12 I sent an extensive email to Crystal who according to John is the head of customer service.
On July 14 I requested a tracking number and restated my email address and mobile phone #.
On July 14 at 6:20 PM I received the following:
Hello Tom, I apologize for the delay and the inconvenience, we had a minor setback at the warehouse, please allow a few more days to receive a tracking number, thank you

Now, no response to emails or phone calls. I have called eight times and after 15 minutes on hold the line goes dead.
I hope this review is helpful. Don't order anything from MB Gram if you're in a hurry.
I don't know if I will ever see my order fulfilled. I will let you know in a future review.

As for a refund for a special order part. Ordered it last Nov 2021. They took my $2100. 00 + dollars the day I placed the order immediately from my credit card. Everytime I asked for a status update on the order would get the reply- it is special order will ship in 2 weeks. Thank god I kept all conversation transcripts. Now, when I cancelled the order- instead of crediting my card as their policy states, they made me create a Venmo account for the money to to into so I can them transfer to my bank account. It has been since 7/7/2022 when they cancelled the order and stated someone from accounting will call me. That was over 10 days and still no money/call/update.

Do not buy from this company- it is a nightmare!

Bought $500 worth of tires. Never came in. Canceled order after 5 weeks of waiting. Been waiting 6 months now for a refund. Never came. Only way to get in touch with them is email and all they will say is there waiting on accounting department. There 800# is fake all u do is listen to elevator music for hrs with no kind of answer.

Placed an order online waited a few days it never showed being processed so we emailed and they said its still in the warehouse and should ship out in the next day or so. I called on Friday July 8th and couldn't get ahold of anyone. So I called again today 7/11/22 and they said our order has been canceled. The customer Service person on the phone wouldn't send me a confirmation that it was canceled or why it was canceled said I need to call my bank. Whatever you do DONT order from here because you are trying to save a dollar. Just Order from somewhere else!

Ordered wheels and a month went by, no tracking number, I called and no one answered, was on hold for an hour, I emailed them and they said my wheels will ship next week, I waited another week and still not shipped and no tracking number so they said I could cancel and they would refund me in 7-10 days, 2 week go by and no refund, I email them and they say oh my refund in pending approval? This company is a joke, DO NOT BUY from them, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, don't waste your time!

Buyer Beware! I am a Hilborn Equipment fan because of the racing nostalgia it brings to the industry. When researching to purchase the BBC Intake, Injectors, etc. I stumbled on the mbenzgram website. To my surprise, they were offering ten-percent off! But that's where the customer satisfaction experience ended. I ordered the BBC Intake, Injectors and Valley Cover on March 9th, 2022. Since then, I have recieved repeated delays of a month, each and every time I've inquired. Mbgram would not answer the phone, but did respond to my emails. They always said that it was the supplier pushing the delivery date back. The caveat here is that I got Holley and the Hilborn team involved by the second month by speaking to them directly. They researched and said that all orders going back to the date of my purchase had been fulfilled! I hung in there a little longer but finally decided to cancel my order yesterday. Waiting as long as I did was due to the supply chain issues and fear of having to reorder and at the back of the line for shipments. Yesterday, Hilborn said that if I ordered that day, I would be placed fourth in line. That was the best they could do. Come to find out, mbgram isn't even a distributor for them, the best they could see is that they are a third-party seller, at best. They have no control over them. The pricing, not even authorized by Holley/Holborn either. So Buyer Beware and buy direct or through Summit, Jegs or Speedway. Not worth the ten-percent off! They held my money, $3,481.07, for four months, so far. Waiting to see if they refund it in 7-10 days, which is what they said via email. Never an apology or a live person, nothing but emails. I hope you have a better experience.

I purchased a Cold Air Intake from MBGram at the end of January 2022, after several weeks I contacted the business to find out the status of my order. Repeatedly I was told by the business's "customer service" that it was pending shipment. A month passed, I inquired again and this time it was some internal issue that they would get resolved and would ship the Item. Finally in June, I became disgusted at myself for falling for this scam business and requested to have the order canceled and a refund issued. After more than 15 attempts to get a refund from this business, I am now paying a legal remedy. Once I locate this business and/or its owners I will take them to court. This business us a complete SCAM and the people running it are THIEVES! BUYER BEWARE!
