Did not ship my order

Ordered an item ($200+) on June 3rd. Received an order confirmation. By June 21st, I received no items, no shipment confirmation, no communication whatsoever. Sent an email. No Response. Tried to call, sat on hold for 10 minutes, no one answered. Sent another email on June 22nd, they said they would "expedite my order." A week later, it still had not shipped and I received no communication. Opened a credit card dispute today. Would not recommend.

On April 1st 2022 (ah actually kind of funny the day I ordered now thinking about it) I ordered a Borla X-pipe for a very good price. This company e-mailed said order placed, BUT weeks went by and never arrived nor was any contact to me about this order. Order #******* from David A from Bolton Connecticut. Anyways since no pipe on 4-22-2022 e-mailed and cancelled also got confirmation from them it was cancelled and refund will be applied. Four phone calls and three e-mails and no refund! Phone calls OMG 15 plus minutes to even try to get someone and these employees just give you the run around. "We made ticket and accounting needs to look at this" LMAO also once the woman said will be taken care of right after this call. NOPE... my opinion is this must be a scam site.

Impossible to receive a refund. Order canceled over 3 weeks still account has not been credited despite their claim to a 7-10 business day refund. Horrific customer service. Having to pay for an item that was canceled and never shipped is extremely nerving.

These people will take your money and never send you what you ordered and when you call them or text them they give Excuses and all they can say is that the are customer support but they don't help at all so I will not order anything form this company and if anyone does It prepared to wait 2 to 3 months before you get your product from this company. They blame it on shipping problems

Where's My Refund!

My order was cancelled and they stated they refunded my account, but 7 days later still no refund. I've called several times and listen to music for about 8 minutes and after ten minutes, the call gets disconnected.

You've Been Warned

They stole $1300 from me. I ordered a KW suspension kit from Mbenzgram.com last fall and never received the merchandise or a refund. They strung me along with email responses that said "it's incoming" and "still on special order nationwide, due to ship 3 weeks" and "your order is on SPECIAL ORDER. It is due to ship in 2 weeks."

When it became obvious I would never see the merchandise and requested a refund they said the order was cancelled and refunded but they never processed a credit.

It cost me $1300 to find out they will steal your money if they think they can get away with it.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I placed an order in March of 2022, they charged my credit card and never sent the product. I received an email stating that they cancelled my order and here it is June and I am still fighting with this company for them to put the money back on my card! I have called numerous times and emailed numerous times and all I get is that accounting will get back with me or my card will be credited in 3 days. After 3 days of waiting and calling again, I can't even get thru now.

WARNING!

I ordered a part from them 5/29/22. Called 6/6/22 inquiring about said part, "special order" wont ship for 3-4 weeks. I cancel order 6/6/22 "please allow 7-10 business days for refund to post to your account. Today 6/22/22. Messaged them, "its processing please allow a few more days." Email them, "I will send your refund request to management in accounting so they can do it for you as soon as possible." Currently on hold as i type this. This is the 2nd time I have called today, the first call was dropped. So now I hope I can get my money back, I ordered the part somewhere else.

All these other reviews must be fake. I ordered some tires and they never once thought to tell me they'd be on back order for months. Never reply to any of my emails, don't answer my calls. I've called
Many times and only 2 calls have been answered. Super fast to take my money but not quick to return it. Would not recommend this place to anyone at all. I'm absolutely livid.

This website/merchant is a scammer

Like everyone else that's a real person in these reviews, I placed an order, was told it was a 2 week special order therefore I canceled even though it showed in stock. Mind you, the order was canceled within an hour of placing it. Was told I will have a refund within 7-10 business days, it has now been 11 and the only answer I can get is " someone in accounting will reach out to you" which also has not happened. I've filed a fraud claim in hopes to get back the $500 they so happily took from me as idk what else to do.

Jeep suspension

I ordered over a month ago, they told me last week -just before the month mark, that the order would be shipped out by the end of the week. Rude chat assistant JR. Told me the following Monday it was being taken to get shipped out then quickly ended the chat on me. I was just trying to get an answer; are they behind, are they backed up, is my order getting lost in the mass orders y'all have? What is going on with my order I paid $200+ for? I kept trying to send chats to get some sort of information that would put me at ease about my order, I did not get it. The chat assistant kept joining then ending the chat before he could even read what I wrote. Also I was not able to get ahold of anyone on the phone I just continued to hang up on me while I was waiting.

I waited 8 months for a product to arrive that I was told was in stock. I canceled order, after many attempts to get refund still nothing after 2-3 months. If you call you will not be able to speak to a person. Absolutely worst business I have dealt with. Save your money shop elsewhere.

Since finding out that the part I ordered and paid for was no longer being sold, I have had to wait nearly 2 weeks for a refund. I contacted these people and was told the funds would be released from accounting and in my account within 2 business days. The funds are still not in my account after 5 business days and I cannot get anyone to give me any information except that I will get an email when accounting releases MY money. This has cost me fees and time. Unacceptable business practices in my opinion!

The worse company I ever dealt with

Be aware! Please DO NOT order anything from this company. I placed an order on 12/22/21 for Xmas, never got my order, every time I contacted them they told me is back order month after month. On 5/10/22 I finally decided to cancel the order and they agreed to refund my money within 7-10days. Another month go by, I still fighting with them to get my refund and they don't answer the phone every time I contacted them. They are purposely don't want to refund the money. They just keep lying and keep lying. They are not a honest company and the worse. They don't honor what them state on their website. Be aware.
