No one will ever answer you wait 3 months always we'll contact you I just want my money back back can't seem to get any one to do that

I ordered tires, and a few days later was told they're out of stock. Order was canceled. I received cancelation confirmation email, bit they have yet to send me a refund and it's been months. They keep telling me that someone from accounting will get back with me.

With the given state of the world, I waited 3 months for my tires. I need them immediately so I cancelled my order which was processed immediately. A month and 4 days later, I haven't received my refund. Chat says "accounting will get to is soon" for weeks. Unacceptable.

Will never do business with again. They answer your emails alright. Just to tell you lies to get by till the next time you email, and repeat cycle several times.

If a manufacturer show, tells you and emails you telling you that they have stock available ready to ship, why is it the this company can't ship it as a retailer? 4 months waiting only to be notified that there will be another 3 month wait before they can ship. So item was ordered and paid for on 07jun22 and now told that it won't be shipped, if available until mid October 22. If YOU look online, Skunk2 (skk907-05-0070) have the item in stock on their web page. Very poor service to a service veteran. Romeo you failed with this order, no second chance.

Ordered parts they never had. Told me it was discontinued and never returned my money.
They tell you it's on back order and once it goes past a month they won't answer your calls or emails.

This company will gladly take your money, they will never send the product and you will never receive a refund or get anyone who can help you. Hopefully you have credit card fraud protection! This website is a scam and apparently you can't rate service or issues at zero so I had to give the 1. This company is an absolute joke and hopefully no one else gets screwed. Buyer be ware!

Order was canceled before shipping due to backorder. Still waiting 2 months for a refund on my order. All interactive emails have been saved. Next step is attorneys. STAY AWAY BUYER BEWARE

Do not do business with them. I placed an order and they said it is on backorder. I gave it sometime and after 2 months decided to cancel the order. I have now been waiting 2 months for my money. They blocked me and will not respond. Good luck if you are going to order from them they are scammers.

These folks took money, no parts, no refund! They have two employees on file and are scamming thousands of people! Stay away…contacting attorney general for assistance.

Getting hold of customer service is non existent other than email. Called the number and waited on hold for 20 min with nothing. Waited 2 weeks for a shipping date and was told October 18 and I ordered it in July... all for a muffler... worst experience ever. I will never order from this company again.

Ordered a radiatior. After a week and I hadn't hear from them I asked them for update. They told me that order was backordered and would ship at 3 weeks. A little frustrated that this wasn't mentioned upon ordering as I feel most merchants notify of backordered items. I decided to cancel order upon learning of backorder. They canceled and notified me that I would receive refund in 14 business days. A month later without refund I reached out to them again and they said they would check with accounting but no word a week later so I disputed through credit card company which is something I never have had to do before.

Also the were selling plastic radiator for about same price I found a metal one for.

Fraud company stole my money! Canceled an order last month and never got my refund. So many complaints, lok at the Facebook pages made for refunds from them.

Ordered an intake in December. After countless emails being told it would ship in two weeks I canceled order six months later. I still have not been refunded. Once again after several emails and calls all I get is sorry it's in process.

I ordered a rim from this company in December 2021. Before they got my money it was in stock. Now all of a sudden it's been on back order for 8 months. All I keep getting from them is it's due to ship in 2 to 3 weeks and that's been since mid January. Requested a refund and now I'm getting no response. Recommend never use these people for anything.

I attempted to order a set of tires and after a few days was told they were on back order with no arrival date. I needed tires quickly. I requested my order be cancelled and a refund. I have sent multiple emails and attempted multiple call with no answer. Each email stated a refund would be posted to my credit card soon. It's been more than a month and I all I have is a bunch of emails. The latest one states some one from finance would contact me right away. That was a week ago. I suggest anyone reading this NEVER do business with MBGRAM EVER! They are SCAMMERS!

Made a purchase for a significant amount. This company came up along with many reputable companies during a web search. They were offering 10% off for the products they were selling. However, after doing some research, I quickly realized that they were sham. Request a refund, but just like many other people, I received same ol' messages "accounting will refund your money within 7-10 days. That's a lie. I filed a complaint with FTC.gov, and highly encourage others who have not received their money from MBSHAM's to do the same. FTC lawyers will investigate and take appropriate action against MBGRAM.

Update; this morning (30 July) I received my refund from MBGRAM. In my opinion, here are my reasons why I received my refund this quick.

Filed BBB (sent copy of the report toMB)
Submitted my case to a local TV station (waiting response from them).
Informed MBGRAM that I was going to file report with local policy (no need since I received my refund)
