Ordered rear hatch shocks for my Porsche cayenne and they fit and worked as wonderfully. So much stronger than prior worn shocks.

I ordered and received a catalytic converter for a 2001 CRV, a car Honda made thousands of from maxspeedingrods last year. It DOES not fit, it's too short. Maxspeedingrods solution…have mechanic make it fit. Really? Needless to say I did not install this piece of junk.
Customer service was similar to the converter. Horrible at best. They expected me to absorb the return costs for Their junk and mistakes, that to me was unacceptable.
They credited back $25 usd, I lost over fifty dollars, and still have this non fitting part.
PayPal was of NO help either. Needless to say I'll never ever deal with theses scammers again.

How are they even still operating after all these years and to think they VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND SAYING HOW THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE PRIORITY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AND FULL OF SH**... Clearly their website states if products are faulty or not what we purchased then send back and they will refund and will cover all postage charges if customer is NOT at fault. Obviously that's all a load of CRAP. They have no customer service skills whatsoever, if a snail could reply they would be faster at replying then these bloody scammers. And to think paying over $300 in faulty products only to be offered $30 is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. How is that for prioritising your customers? I am so surprised with the amount of bad reviews you have, you are still dodgy as hell and are not doing anything differently to change and live up to your DAMN MISSION STATEMENT. BLOODYYYY JOKE! Don't think i've ever dealt with a company that couldn't give two craps about a simple request through customer service. All i've asked is to return a brand new item they've sent me which was incorrect (i've even offered to pay for postage) but yet here i am, over a week later and all i've had is a half arsed reply saying that my parts were correct? When they're obviously wrong. I've even done their work for them and found the link for the part i need, and included it in the email. Yet again i've been completely ignored no matter how much i've attempted to get this SIMPLE problem resolved. Anyone know how i can get around this problem? You would think for such a large company they would give some sort of care to their customers, obviously not. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY.
