Ordered on April 2nd its May 15th and still haven't received my painting! Dont order from this company! I was charged the next day!

Ordered in March. Credit card charged in March. Still no product. Texted the company twice. No response. They got me for $20.00. I don't understand all the positive reviews when you look up the company.
One star is too high! I understand during this time companies have higher than normal volume but this company is horrendous! I have sent three emails inquiring about an order I placed in 4/4/20 without any response. I never received any updates about my order or delays. I read on BBB that this company had exceedingly long delays in deliveries and poor customer service and as of 2018 they had not received a response to their inquiries. The problems with this company existed way before the pandemic! Buyer beware!
I ordered a painting 6 weeks ago and still have not received my order. I feel bad after I ordered mine I was so excited to get the project, I forwarded the site info to my daughter and my sister and they both got scammed as well. When I emailed them they said it would take 2-3 weeks to receive. What's frustrating is I keep receiving promotional emails from them with new paintings to order.
I ordered two items on March 30,2020. It is now May 8 2020 and I have not received my order. I've also reached out to customer support numerous times and it took them weeks to respond to me saying my item has shipped but there is no such indication of item being in transit. I understand that there is a delay in shipping due to COVID 19, but waiting over a month for my purchase with no hope of it getting to me and no refund offered is pretty ridiculous (I asked for a refund and they did not offer to honor my request). Oh yeah, they already charged me for the item.
I ordered 2 paint the 5 and the 12 April and I didn't have any answer from you. L tried to check on the tracking list number and no result. I am very anxious abut my orders.

On March 23rd I ordered from this crappy company. Its May 3rd... still waiting. They took my money but didn't ship my item! I've sent them several messages and got nothing! I'll have to go to my bank and try to get my money back through them! Dont waste your money on this company. A TOTAL RIP OFF!
It is more than month I am waiting for my order, I was charged 33,92& but dont see my order in tracking app and no response from support conract email which they provided on ther app and from

This website is a scam! I ordered 2 paint by numbers and never received them or any tracking number!
I ordered a paint by number from max novelty early September, and began contacting the company after a month without receiving the product. There were numerous excuses, and I was given a tracking number that showed the item still hadn't been shipped - and would be coming from China. At that point I asked to cancel the order and for a refund, and the company told me no refund could be given unless I returned the product that I had never received.
After over two months (the website said 7 days), the canvas and paints were eventually delivered. However, the picture was nowhere near as detailed as the online image, and is a terrible reproduction. No information about returning for a refund could be found.
I attempted to write a review on social media, but it was immediately taken down, at which point I realized there is no option available to "dislike" their product. Blatantly false advertising across the board, and a terrible product.
Don't buy from this company. I ordered on 10/3 and didn't get my order for over 60 days. It was stuck in customs, which is not listed on their website. The customer service is horrible and i would be willing to bet there is lead in the paint so watch out for children. No where does it say that these items are coming from out of the country and the customer service is unhelpful and they don't provide the refunds they say they do on their site
