Do not be as stupid as I was -- and order from this company. Impulse buy - and you know how that can go. Very badly. Just go out and give your money to a deserving organization, not a scammer like this. You order, and wait and wait and complain and get nothing, except adds to buy more Don't! Can't add a photo - item never came.
Ordered from this company over 2 months ago and still no product. They don't answer emails. Do not use this company.
I ordered one paint by numbers painting on 17/03/20. It's been 66 days, and nothing. I'm not alone!
Ordered 3/27/2020 a gift for a friend. She still has not received the kit! Just terrible customer service. They took my money and have received nothing for it. Multiple inquiries have had no reponse from this company. I requested a refund... of course no response.

I ordered a kit for my granddaughter on 4/2/2020. As of today, 5/22/2020. I have contacted them several times telling them to just refund my money and they are ignoring me. Save your money, DO NOT ORDER from this bunch of con artists. Total scam. All of their good reviews have to be fake. These are the type of people that ruin it for legitimate on-line businesses.
Ordered from a Facebook ad on April 20,2020. As of today May 21, Still no product. I have demanded a refund but continue to get the same robo-email. Going to file a claim with my credit card. Beware!
I placed my order on March 31,2020. The estimated time of arrival that I was given was 2-4 weeks due to the pandemic. It is May 21 and I have not received my order. I have written at least four emails requesting information and have received no responses other than auto-response replies. Not only have I not received my order and lost my money, the company does not even respect me as a customer enough to reply to my emails. I would warn against ordering from this company. I wish I had seen the other warnings before I ordered.
I placed an order from Max Novelty mid-March, 2020. It is May 21st, and still no package! Of course my credit card was charged the day of the order. Since I hadn't heard a word about shipping details, or estimated delivery date, I sent three emails requesting information. After the first email, I was asked to be patient. I was given a tracking number and told to find that number on a list of THOUSANDS of "tracking numbers" on an obscure website, and that would inform me of where it was in the shipping process. Needless to say, it told me nothing. The second and third emails to the company didn't receive replies.
Had I taken the time to look for reviews on this company, I never would have ordered.

Ordered three paint by number sets on April 8th. Got a tracking number but no product after 43 days!
Placed an order on March 30th, as of May 20th there is no shipment. The customer service doesn't respond to my emails. Neither with explanations or a refund.
Two months now and the company has not sent my products, and refuses to respond to emails of inquiry. They are a SCAM!
Ordered on 4/7/20. No product delivered. No way to contact them. Web site is a scam... I got rooked. Big SCAM.

Do not order from the company! I never received my product. There is no way to contact them other than a generic email that they never reply to. This is a scam!
Ordered 03/18/20 never received. Contacted several times with no response. Buyer beware. Was given a tracking but has of today it's never left China.
TOTAL SCAM! I wish I could give 0 stars. 7 weeks later and numerous attempts at contacting customer service, and I still have yet to receive my order OR hear back from anyone at the company.
The way they expect you to track your order (they send an excel spreadsheet and you have to sift through thousands or order numbers to try and find yours and then find the tracking number that coincides) is wildly unprofessional. Not only that, but my order number is not even on the spreadsheet, which leads me to believe that it was never processed after they took my money.
I contacted them regarding my tracking number to no avail. Then, I contacted stating that I wanted a refund or for the situation to be rectified in some manner. No answer. I am sorely disappointed in these people and that they have gotten away with stealing money from so many innocent consumers.
This company is non responsive and whether or not you get the item you purchase is a toss up. Some say "be patient because you'll eventually get your paint by number". Be patient? This huge delay has nothing to do with Covid. At least since mid 2018 there are reviews and complaints re: slow shipping, not receiving products and little to no communication. They has a US business address in Rhode Island and a BBB rating of F. I continue to get at least 3 emails per week marketing their beautiful products. My need for the items I ordered is LONG GONE. Big regret.

Ordered a paint by numbers on 4/2. It is 5/15 and have received nothing. When I track the package it says, "label created." Have emailed 2-3 times asking for a refund with no response! Do not buy anything from them!
I ordered on04/02/2020 got an email that they received my order, charged me and never heard anything again. Did not get a tracking number or anything. Wish I had read these reviews before. I usually do a background check but didn't. Lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!' Total scam!
