I got sucked into ordering items for my daughter to give to her for Easter which was April 12th. I STILL do not have my items and it's June 11th! They rarely respond to emails. There's no "customer order number" that I can enter that their online site will accept. Merely a charge to my bank account. I've requested a refund multiple times. I have zero recourse. They have my money and I'm FURIOUS! This company should be put out of business.
I ordered one kit on April 11th never received it or a tracking number. I have reached out to them with no response. What a scam company from China. They do not deserve one star rating.
I ordered 3/28, it supposedly shipped 4/20, but as of 6/11, I've yet to receive. This is a total joke and WASTE of time and money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
I PLACED MY ORDERS ON MARCH 20 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM! ALMOST 3 MONTHS TIME! IVE ASKED THAT THE COMPANY CANCEL MY ORDERS AND REFUND ME, BUT THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE IN TRANSIT AND CANNOT BE CANCELED! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I was so excited to have this for the Corona BS but it has never come. Ordered it over two months ago. It must be on a "Slow Boat from China." I hate scammers!
I ordered a painting the middle of March 2020 and have yet to receive it. I have emailed them 4 times and nothing. No response, no painting, no refund! I'm usually a review reader but I didn't this time, my mistake. Don't order from this company!
Ordered early march. Now mid june and no painting! They started off answering emails with a false tracking no and now they wont even answer me! Do not purchase from them! Its a scam!

I ordered in March a DIY painting. The company took my $$ right away, and I waited and I am waiting, we are in June. Ihave notified the bank. I wish I would have read reviews. I wonder if this company has connections with the other DIY painting sites? Same paintings and same information on how to reach them. OH YES, I NEVER GOT CONFIRMATION NUMBER... AND THE PICTURE LOOK ON THEIR SITE. SUNFLOWER NO VASE.,
This is some sort of a scam. I ordered my product months ago and never received anything besides tons of emails trying to get me to purchase more imaginary product. They sent me a tracking number that doesn't work. I've files a claim with my bank as that's the only option I have left.
Do not order from here. Did not receive products. Charged my cc. Did not receive a response from company. Fraud. Fake.
Placed an order over 3 nonths ago, it never arrived despite multiple emails inquiring the status of my order.
Ordered three paint by number kits on March 31st. Said 4 weeks, understandable since they are in China. After almost four weeks no tracking information was provided. Contacted customer service on 4/21 said 48 hours, no response in 48 hours so followed up. Customer service responded on 5/21 (one month late) saying they had sent my package and tracking would update in 5-7 days. Tracking says it's been processing since 4/23. This company is definitely a scam.
Do not order from this company! I placed an order end of March 2020, never received my order. No way to track order,. I sent several emails asking for a refund or the mechandise. No response. No merchandise no refund. NOTHING. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
I ordered two paintings on 4/16/2020. Today is 5/26/2020, still no merchandise. I have E-mailed twice and still no response. I believe the shipment comes from China because I was charged a rate exchange. Stupid me!
A $39.00 mistake! Only furthers my belief to buy USA products.
So disappointed I ordered. Reached out to the company 3x, didn't want to believe it's a scam. However, no response, no delivery. Damn, how much money are they making by scamming us! Stay away, wish there was something else I could do besides write this review to avoid others falling for this nonsense like I did.
This company is horrible. Do not waste your money. I offered my paintings two months ago and cannot even get a response to my 4 emails. The tracking process is ridiculous. They are smart because you cannot post reviews. Extremely disappointed.
If I could give Zero I would! Ordered back at the beginning of April. I completely understand the affects of COVID. But I don't except no responses to my emails. I dont accept removing your Facebook account because Customers are reaching out to you asking about their orders. With all the "We Can Get Through This Together", this Company doesnt subscribe to this. I don't expect to ever receive my order! They send me emails with other offers and deals and I laugh! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered two paintings on April 9,2020 and have yet to receive product. I have emailed their customer service several times with no response.
I will never order from a random company again without checking for reviews to save me going thru this again.

Do not order from this company! I ordered March 26th, 2020 and was immediately charged. I received a confirmation number but no tracking number in spite of the verbiage max novelty sent:"Allow us 5-20 days to handle and ship your order if you're from US. Please expect 20-35 days if you're outside of US.
*** NORMALLY, 3 days After you place the order, you will receive the tracking link & tracking number of the package in your email. If you haven't received items in 30 days or concerned in any way,

I have sent 8 emails to *******@maxnovelty.com with no response. I have since contacted my bank and complained to the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN).
