Still waiting for an order made in April. Have emailed asking for a refund on 3 occasions and the reply is they have fast tracked my request. Avoid them at all costs. How can they continue to trade?

They even have a Facebook page that's full of fake posts. It's quite elaborate buyer beware. It's thievery.

Order 3 in March. A lot of money for us. Kids pondered over their selection eagling awaiting their arrival. Didn't think it would be a problem, always and still advertising on FB. Sent lots of follow us, obviously no response except one with a means nothing generic tracking code' does not work and the still have cheek to promotional material. It's been four months. Not sure what to. Do next

Ordered a painting on April 24th. Never received it. It is July 10th and nothing. Never again, they charged me immediately so stay away!

Ordered in April. Its July 9. Never received. Lots of emails with bogis tracking numbers. Do not recommend at all. No cooperation in getting the merchandise I paid for. Not reputable. $20 mistake but big lesson learned.

I ordered as a gift for my mom in March its now July and nothing it doesn't take 5 months to get items from Hong Kong they responded once with a tracking number that never shows any delivery they should be outlawed but save your money

I ordered a paint by number from MaxNovelty and they strung me along for almost 2 months. They even kept sending emails asking how I liked my product even though I sent emails saying I never received it. I finally charged back the charge with my credit card company.

Paid my orders last April 9, it's now June 28, still NO DELIVERY of the items I paid. Customer support does not provide any support at all because they are a scam.

Ordered 2 paint by number sets on 4/10. Credit card charged on that day. As of 6/27 have not received order and no response to 5 inquiries. Going through credit card company for refund. But still getting new offers via email. A total scam.

Ordered 2 paint by numbers in March. Every time I've tried to follow up they send a generic response that it's in transit. I don't believe any of us will ever see our orders arrive and meanwhile this scam company is laughing g all the way to the bank! DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THEM!

If you want to give them free money without recieving anything this is the company for you. Also they are great at not responding.

I have been waiting for my order since April and it still hasn't arrived. I've emailed them several times and they haven't even had the decency to reply. This company should be investigated for fraud!

Do not order from this website. They do not send anything its a total scam. You can even leave a bad review on their website. Its all fake

I order from this company thru Facebook never got tracking order number or my order cannot get a response from them buyer beware I learned just because it's on Facebook and they don't care you will be disappointed

Their new website is paintbynumberskit.ca and launched an Instagram on June 2... pass on the word so they don't scam anyone under the new name! I also was a victim of these thieves!

DO NOT BUY. TAKE YOUR CASH AND YOU NEVER GET THE PRODUCT. COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAMMERS. NO EMAILS RETURNED.

Ordered April 16th and still waiting. No response to emails, no updates, no apologies for delay... yet daily email invitations to place another order. DO NOT order from this company.

Charged for product, I got two fake tracking numbers. No customer service response or accountability

If I could minus a score I would. Bought 2 paintings from this company back in April an received nothing. All emails ignored. Mid June still nothing! This company is a scam and fraudsters. Do not order from these THEIFS. They take your money straight away and do not deliver! Avoid at all costs!
