I had ordered a digitizer for the apple watch along with its opening tool kit and glue.

The very next day i got a mail from the maxbhi.com for cancellation of the order and refund of the amount to maxbhi wallet.

When i visited the webpage to check the same, they had created three different orders separately for all three items after cancelling my order, for which i got the mail.

Subsequently maxbhi dispatched two of the orders, which they created and cancelled the third one i. E digitizer again.

When i called the custumer care to enquire about the same, they said the item is not available and thats why they cancelled the order and refunded the rest of the money to my wallet.

Without digitizer the toolkit and glue is of no use to me, as to purchase these items were suggested by them only.

On my request to refund the full amount that i had spent on very first day, i got a call from prerna, one of the associates dealing with the refund department. A very unprofessional behaviour shown by the staff, interms of dealing/speaking with the customers.

They didn't had the digitizer physically available, and it was showing available on webpage, urging somebody to order the product.

The customer rep today was blaming me for ordering items through three different orders, which is not true. I had orderd them under single order no, which subsequently they cancelled.

My issue for refund is still not addressed by the management. I would urge people not to get lured by the offers made on the webpage. The delivery of the items are subject to availability with the third party vendors. But this will not be shown to you while ordering.

Beware of the fraud company.

I had ordered an ipad battery which showed available in stock in the site when I placed order, after 8 days, i checked in to see the status of my order it simply says step 2 processing, the item was not yet shipped, I contacted customer care, their customer care number just dont connect, when it got connected a representative told me that the product was not available with their main supplier, and they are sourcing it from other vendors, I waited for another 8 days, now they say that after 20 days that the item was not available and they cancelled and provided refund. What is worst they put the money into the ewallet and not to the bank account... I realized this after 5 days and when enquired they said that they will now transfer it back to my card however, it will take 12 to 15 days it seems, No shame for them to keep my money for almost a month and days counting, i still have not recieved the money back to my card :(( ( Never ever get into this site and order anything guys please.

You do not own up to your mistake. You told me to buy another jack so that it becomes compatible.

I realized within 2 hours of ordering that you have done a mistake. When I immediately called your customer care executive, he lied to me that the product has been dispatched.

I got SMS the next day after 27 hrs that product is dispatched. On receiving the product today, I have been chasing customer care executives. They are not equipped to handle mistakes and keep putting you on hold. Problem is still not resolved.

Why should I not get a return for a product for which you have written incorrect specifications. #Maxbhi is not equipped to handle online business. It was a big mistake of ordering a product on this website,

Will definitely let my friends and family know that your company is a fraud and does not attend to the customer and just makes them chase you.
