I am prabhat, i had ordered charger and Earphones for my mobile Blackview BV 8000 PRO, and they have delivered my mico usb universal charger which is of no use to me and the earphone are also very cheap quality, and even they are not compatible.

When these company dont know which product is compatible with accessories, then why taking order, only just to fool people.

When i placed replacement request they directly declined stating that they dont sell original product and they only sell compatible product as per there policy.

Then why maxbhi have sent me wrong product, not even one 2 orders and both are wrong product.

Just doing fraud, for selling very cheap quality product in high price.

I ordered a display which had a manufacturing defect. Noticing the same, I conveyed them the message and put a replacement request on the same day of receiving the product. The product was Nokia Lumia 730 display panel which cost me Rs. 3179 before 10% discount they mailed me to buy the product.

Attached are the images of the product next to my display which doesn't work. They simply declined the request saying it is what it is. We won't replace or do anything. I sincerely request everyone to not buy from them the products costing above 1000 rupees. Once you have paid, you are done for them whether the product works or not. Complete harassment. No phone for a week, had to buy a second hand for 4000. In 7000, I could have bought a new one. Better go with official service dealers or local ones.

NEVER EVER BUY DISPLAY OR BODY PANELS. THEY BUY DEFECTIVE SPARE PARTS AT ZERO PRICES AND SELL THEM FOR ORIGINAL PRICES.

My Samsung gt-s5610k is become old now and back cover is broken so i think to change my cover. But there is no cover or body is available in the market. I try to find body of this phone but i could not find it. Then i search it on shopping website like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Snapdeal, shopclues etc. but i could not find there.So i search it on Google then i will see maxbhi website and the model of this phone body is available then i order it. After 6 days it shipped to my house.

I ordered the product on 7th october of samsung corby display, today on 12th i received the order, but they had sent me the defective piece

I put on replacement, but they declined saying that warranty seal is broken, but none of the thing is broken, it is there as it is and the customer care people also argueing saying that you had remove the warrenty seal, im putting the image of the product also.
The product I ordered for Samsung corby 3653, customer care people saying that there should be a white tape on the screen in the down side, but when i received it was a black tape, now they are declined saying that it should be white tape, no white tape means warrenty seal broken,

Not replacing the product when asked for! Asked for a replacement of screen which was not fitting. But they are declining the request saying that you need to read the terms and conditions..
