Zen phones spare parts I ordered taken money from me finally put the money on e wallet... cancelling the product... no refund on this company once it's goes to the wallet it remains in the wallet... if u try to buy with e wallet... last minute they will cancel the product... worst company I have ever come across!

I had purchased the charger of my karbonn k52 star mobile. Product fitting is excellent quality is also good in a very reasonable price.It was delivered before the scheduled time.
Since I got the message that my order is out for delivery, waited for the whole day and at the evening got a message that "item could not been delivered" with the number of the delivery boy. I have trying to talk to the delivery boy since last three days but he is not picking the phone. Even searching for the customer support number but it's not available in web. Let us see what is happening in the coming days..

I ordered one thing and they sent cheap version that not match in the pictures, after complain and delay of 2 weeks for delivery, they said, refund is not possible! I took pictures and show how different is this version from the pictures, so stay away from this site!
I had ordered a camera lens a month ago. Paid online after few days they mailed me saying the order was cancelled so I opted for refund and they haven't refunded yet. It's more than 20 days. I feel like fileing a complaint against them
They don't have the products in stock they just advertise the product in their site after you order and after payment then they cancel the order and put your balance into their e wallet really frustrating
