Within 5 minutes of the mattress arriving I phoned to request collection and refund. Mattress does not resemble, description of "Orthopaedic support", and the quality is dreadful. The springs can be felt through the alleged "memory foam". I have to pay £100 to return them, then they will take advice from their manufacturer who may refuse the refund. Customer services just email clauses from their T&Cs so I have today initiated small claims court to receive a refund and get the dreadful mattress removed, it is not fit for purpose.

So, a few things - this is not mattresses 'next day'! Although there is a pandemic happening, there is a disclaimer on the website saying "still running as usual," not the case. I ordered 2 matresses, one single and one double. They did not arrive when expected and there is no way to track the order on the website. I called the company and the lady on the line said "oh, the single isn't in stock so you have to wait." I asked if the double was in stock, and she said yes but you will receive them together. I asked if I could get the double sooner (note, this company is called mattresses NEXT DAY) and there was some hesitancy to do this, but they did send the double ahead of the single after some firm negotiating! I will also add that during the phone call there was a radio/TV blaring in the background which made it very hard to hear the lady on the line, although she was pleasant enough I did not think it was very professional. My only other major gripe is that in 2020 there should be a way to track the order on the website! I will also note that when you click one of the links on the email that says "contact mattresses next day" it redirects you to a fake Apple company website - again, not very professional! Service works well enough but is a bit outdated and could do with a bit of a modern revamp!

Received the mattress that was graded as 1 which is soft.
It was in fact extremely hard, when I queried this with Materessnextday they said the grading is determined by the manufacturers who is Hyder Beds. Apparently there is no official grading system and it is apparently down to opinion? I Don't think this is good enough. I returned it to Materessnextday and was refunded, but I had to hire a courier service and now I'm £61.00 down for the whole experience.

We ordered a mattress and our delivery was booked in then we had text and email updates from next day mattress also the driver text with number incase we had a problem but he would also ring when half a hour away. Online we had tracking so I could see the drop number and where he was on the map. He called and delivered to my house hall way where I requested it to be placed he took a photo of the mattress to prove delivery. The Delivery company were good along with the next day mattress company, fast efficient and lovely mattress.

Delivery was on the correct date and within the advised time window although the advanced warning messages were a bit vague. When I first phoned to arrange the delivery I was kept waiting a long time for an agent to answer which was inconvenient. The mattress arrived in good condition and the old one was taken away. A shame the disposal cost was such a rip-off. Mattress seems okay but I can't really tell yet. However I am irritated that this company keeps pestering me to write a review, which along with the time it took them to answer the phone and the high disposal charge does discourage me from using them again.

I needed to urgently change my mattress, I found Mattress next day, I chose one according to my budget and bought it. Then I discovered that it would not arrive the next day, so I contacted them and they explained to me that I had to check that the mattress I chose had stock (a green tick appears below the image) and they allowed me to change it, there was a small difference in money that was refunded immediately.

I think the mattress is good value for money, it came wrapped and it was very easy to take it apart. I sleep much better on my new mattress.
