I brought the last month a mattress online for my child but after 30 days he was feeling back pain when we try to return or change what a surprise they give us 20% if we want to exchange or 10% if we want to change also we have to pay $99 fee delivery so that meant if we want to exchange we get $50 dollars back. Such a thieves I feel treated with a thieves. Never never again this company. I give to them the review but looks like they deleted. Btw the mattress is still on the plastic cover.
They are scam artists. You buy a mattress and you get a limited number of times for an exchange. There are no returns. Only exchanges. So if you never get a mattress you like, you're stuck. Too bad. I've spent over a thousand dollars now exchanging between 4 mattresses, all of which have turned out to be defective. "Firm" mattresses that sink 2+ inches. That's because MF sells returned mattresses back to customers with a *new* label on it. And then you'll pay for an upgraded mattress, because they insist it's less likely to give out. But it does give out. So double the amount of money that you're now out. But remember, no returns, on store-credit. I'm currently in an endless cycle of getting defective mattresses and having to spend more money. Waiting for someone, or myself to put me out of my misery. Or to finally be offered a refund. I wonder what'll come first.
Mattress Firm in North Olmsted, Oh was an excellent experience, especially due to one of its employees: Thomas Weddle. Thomas stayed with us through the entire purchasing process and helped us identify a base for our mattress that eliminated some of the back problems I was having on a too soft mattress which we purchased elsewhere four years ago. He was exceptionally helpful and took the time on his day off, to open the store (we came by when it was closed) and purchase the product we needed. Also, the delivery service that Mattress Firm uses is great, on time, professional and knowledgeable. An all around excellent experience. We will be back as our future needs may require. Thanks, Mattress Firm, for hiring an exceptional employee.
Once again another post do not use Mattress Firm bad bad policy I want the Mattress Firm for a bed I ended up getting one I did not like it I call to have the bed taken back they wanted to charge me a return fee and also a pickup bed which I did not think was right especially when I'm the customer and did not like the bed they kind of like gave me an option to where if I got another bed they would not charge me they would wave delivery fee and everything else but it didn't really work out like that I ended up getting another bed I still had to pay a delivery fee which I did not think it was right after what they told me that they wouldn't do that when I got the new bag the second bed of course I had a very bad smell to it and I tried everything possible to get rid of it and I even bought things to try to get rid of it the smell is still here I still got the bed and I can't return it because they told me they would not take the second bed back once again bad policy bad day and now I'm stuck with a bed that smells that's not good do not use Mattress Firm bad bad policies now I'm stuck with the bed that has a smell and like I said I tried everything possible to try to get rid of it and it even cost me money to try to get rid of the smell I did not go away and I cannot turn the bed back they will not take the bed back go figure so in the long run the customer which was me got screwed stuck with a smelly bed pretty sad do not use Mattress Firm not a very good business and not very good beds be careful if you deal with them to be very honest with you I would not deal with them ever again
I went in over a month ago, clearly needing a California king. They took my money immediately and said it would be delivered in a week. It's going on the fourth week I've talk to so many people they say they've only sold for in 15 years they don't manufacture them anymore they can't find them in any other stores. They'll give me my money back.
I was charged for a product that they didn't have on a high interest credit card. It's immoral it's illegal and at the time that everybody was having mattress sales if they were honest with me, I would have my new mattress now with a company with integrity. This was a horrible experience. I told them to take California king off their websites off all of their sales in the store so they don't deceive future people.
After finding out the tulo box spring I ordered is seemingly missing some bolts for the middle beam, I contacted someone from customer service. I did what she requested which was send her some pictures through email so she can forward them to the manufacturer. A couple of days later I emailed her again asking if the manufacturer responded but she did not email me back. So I contacted someone else about this whole situation and she told me to wait up to 24hrs before the manufacturer gives a response. I'm still over here waiting and I'm frustrated because I spent a lot of money and I want to make sure it has all the parts that are supposed to come with it. This was my 1st time ordering from mattress firm and it will be my last.
Bought a bed and everything with it that allowed the head area to raise, approx $2,000. Same time bought a full size mattress for my daughter. Went in several times complaining both mAttresses were too soft. One mattress got replaced, worthless. My time expired allowed for return as I got sick with COPD, am home still on oxygen and the salesman doesn't even work there anymore. Now what does an 81-yr old widow do? Very upsetting and I had open heart surgery so this is horrible for a business to do this.
Bad customer service. Their price match policy is scrap. Always finds a reason to skip paying back on return items
The whole process has been a nightmare. I bought the mattress during a sale where I would get a free bed frame. The frame and the mattress were supposed to arrive in a two day difference, so I thought sleeping on the couch for a day or two shouldn't be so bad. I'm writing this review from my 10th day of sleeping on the couch, still no mattress. The bed frame itself has been sitting there, empty. They took my old mattress, but not my old frame. So now I have two bed frames, no mattress, and a bad back.
I tried contacting customer service, he pretty much shrugged and told me to "check the website for delivery dates". They did nothing to try to address or appease the situation.
My mattress is supposed to arrive "tomorrow", but according to the tracking it's still somewhere across the country.
I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. It was not a cheap mattress! I would think that if I were spending that much on something and choosing their company to buy from that they would at least care a little. I will never buy from them again and I wouldn't ever recommend them.
Beware Not much of a 120 day trial! 20% restocking fee and $100 pick up fee. We bought a mattress and in less than 60 days it started sagging. We looked and didn't see one they sold that looked any stronger so we put in for a return. Well they charge 20% restocking fee and another $100 to pick it up. This is on their website in the fine print but not out in the open. Nor were we told about this when we bought the mattress and was told about their wonderful 120 day trial period. Other companies with such trial periods do not charge you like this!
We are definitely not happy and will never shop there again and will be telling others about this hidden cost.
Mattress firm lied about their no interest financing. They were not supposed to charge for delivering the mattress. They did. The bank they use synchrony bank is also a part of their crime family. I did not get their mattress. I wanted to get my money back for their terrible pillows. They take advantage of people. They need a lawsuit against them. It has been a night mare dealing with them. Now I have to struggle to pay 700.00 for pillows we don't use.300.00 for pillows and mattress protector we don't use at 30 percent interest. They lied and cheated me. I am on disability. They do not care about cheating people. I disputed the amount with the bank. They cheated me also. It is shameful how they lie and cheat people. Now we have a great mattress from Sam's Club for 500.00. It is much more comfortable and reasonably priced. Don't get scammed by mattress firm. I'm sure they have been dirty with others as well. Spread the word to keep them from cheating disabled people.
I ordered a brand new bed from them yesterday. The delivery was for today and they ga e me a 9 NINE hour window on Memorial Day. At 5 the delivery was a no show, so I called the store. A person named Steven took my call, said he looked up the notes and it said they tried to deliver earlier in the day…NEVER CAME, I live in a small apartment and had to sit here all day by my door, did not have anyone come and I was sitting here waiting. So I told him that they probably went to a wrong apartment as we have 4 and 5 digit apartment numbers. He did not care, he said there was NOTHING he could do and I would have to wait for a new delivery another day. Ridiculous as they had 2 hours to come back out to the right apartment. I expressed my concern that this would just happen again as they would go back to same apartment, which would still be wrong one. So I ask to speak to a manager and was told no, a note would be left for district manager, I said give me there work number sociocultural call and leave a message on there WORK phone…he said no? Never have worked for any corporation or have heard of any business or corporation who do not provide work numbers for management to help out. Steven could have cared less…NO APOLOGY AT ALL,no willingness to try and fix their mistake. I've obviously had horrible service prior from different places as all others humans do, but this has taken the cake. Holiday stuck at home around no friends or loved ones, and can't even get an apology. DO NOT BUY FROM MATTRESSES FIRM!
They told me the Money would be back on my card in 3 to 5 days, but now they're trying to say 4 to 6 weeks. I return mattress after 2 days without even opening the Box. I am very upset and dissatisfied. Everybody's telling me something different now. I wish I'd never even shopped with them
I purchased a mattress and 6 months later it sank in the middle. I called and was told to file a claim and it was denied because they wanted pictures of different angles and underneath the mattress which was too heavy for me to pick up. I keep calling and complaining with no response. I eventually decided to just purchase another mattress from another store (Not Mattress Firm) Nectar Mattress which is awesome. When they came to deliver my new mattress. There was mold under the mattress from a hole. We looked inside and determined my mattress from Mattress Firm had been recycled. Disgusting, I was having respiratory problems and now I know why.

I ordered a bed and box spring. Says estimated delivery today online order starus No communication possible with agent. Live agent for chat is a robot and not a live agent. Called customer service number and they say status cannot be provided via phone and only website. It's a bad joke.
Spend 2800.00 on a hybrid Seally posture pedic plus with frame to go up and down. That ruins the middle of the mattress, we wake up with terrible back pains, you sink in,you slide off bed,no edge, sides like a water fall, and forget fun times in that bed completely out, Warranty's is a fake and they made me pay 79.00 to come out to see it, said dent in bed caused by our posture? Went in store and saw a young man complaining about mattress giving him back pains also,,I thought maybe the mattress was made for young people,,,NO not old or young mattress is a back killer,,, never will I recommend mattress firm to anyone, mattress is only 10 month old never was good
I purchased myself a beautiful Tempur-pedic bed at a store that was closing on new Brighton Boulevard in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I was supposed to have the bed delivered 10 days later on April 8. The delivery driver calls me on April 8 and tells me that the tonnage of the truck is 4 tons and my street is 3 tons And that they cannot deliver my bed. I call up the Ridgedale store and speak to someone name Darius, who then calls the distribution center says he had it sorted out and that the distribution center would be delivering my bed on Tuesday. Here it is Tuesday morning I received no text and no email regarding a delivery window. So I call the rosedale store and the gentleman who showed me the bed answers the phone and tells me that there is no change for delivery and that April 8 is still the original date. Therefore I called the Ridgedale store, asked to speak to Darius who was supposed to make the change and he is conveniently called out sick. So I speak to a very nice gentleman named Jesse, who calls the distribution center and sets up a new delivery date of Thursday for me. This is the third time I've had to call and try to get my bed delivered. I was not informed of any tonnage problem, why would I have to worry about if the roads can contain the truck that they bring, just bring it in a smaller truck. Problem easily solved. The most ridiculous point is that I live four blocks away from the store that closed, that I purchased it at. Awful awful awful customer service in trying to resolve this problem.
Jeremy at the Mattress Firm on Lavista Rd helped us with our mattress purchase. He took alot of time with us and explained everything and answered all questions professionally. I was very impressed with both his knowledge of all the mattresses and his professionalism. We had a very positive experience and will continue to be a customer.
Bought a $100 memory foam pillow didn't like it after 2 days they wouldn't give me my money back now I'm stuck with a pillow I don't want... and I'm not going to pay for it cuz they didn't want to give me a refund. Buy with caution..
Answer: Who knows? They say 7 days, but that's 7 days AFTER they process your refund request which takes however long they feel like taking.
