I brought a bed from mattress firm Kala was the hope me. The bed arrive all the parts wasn't here Kala came saw pieces wasn't went to his told her he put frame together after I sent pictures confirming pieces it took a month after the run away they give me. I do not recommend purchasing product from mattress firm.
I bought 2 " memory foam lavender infused" mattresses. The quality is so bad that it makes your back sweating all the time. I am trying to return the open one, but it costs 20%+$99 for shipping back,that's a fortune just to return it.
The two workers who delivered my mattress couldn't have been more helpful! They went above and beyond by moving my old bed frame outside for disposal. I appreciate such attention to customer service!
Lie about mattresses being in. Sent me emails stating they were delivering today 8/1/2023 guess what no show & called. THEY DON'T HEBER MY MATTRESS IN AT ALL. Missed another day of work. Who gets screwed out of the deal, me! So they cage $#*! no! $#*! MATTRESS FIRM
My husband bought a mattress two weeks ago and the delivery date changes everyday, and now finally the day it's supposed to arrive we have to call them because we get no confirmation, then the warehouse says there's been a manufacturing issue. We've been waiting for this bed to arrive, we've taken work off and re scheduled three different time changes due to their issues. Now it's saying the bed we purchased (which said it would get here 3 days after last weeks purchase) is now arriving in a month. Absolutely ridiculous and bad costumer service. Cancelled my entire order and will not be shopping here again.
I was assured by the sales rep that my existing frame would be fine. Now that the mattress is sagging (and was never firm in the first place!), the customer service (which isn't really them, btw, as it appears to be outsourced) I received didn't care what I had to say, and is set up to automatically reject my replies back to them!
I purchased a mattress from Mattress firm in the Richmond Indiana store, 1st delivery did not have the mattress, just box springs. 2nd delivery brought us a different mattress due to our purchased one was not available in warehouse, we were told this was an upgrade from what we purchased. We tried it for 30 days and hated it. They finally supposedly had the one we tried out and purchased. Was to be delivered on 07/22/23 between 3-6pm. Mattress still not delivered and have not heard anything from customer service or the warehouse regarding the delivery. With the cost of the purchase, I truly expected better service. Why are you selling mattresses you don't have in the warehouse? Very poor customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Very unhappy with the service. If I could get my money back and go somewhere else I would definitely have done it.
Very unhappy, not what i thought. And btw they will not haul your olf mattress away if there is any kind of stain. I paid 100 to have it hauled off...and guess what? They only want to give me half my refund back. Very unfair.
I brought an adjustable queen bed frame over $1300 & top of the line mattress. After 3 months the $3000 mattress had to be replaced because it sagged. Now after 6 months the adjustable base has stopped working in the upright position. I'm 75 & they said I have to go thru their warranty dept file a claim. Crawl under bed and get lot # (7to 10 days or more) because they deal with 3 companies for bases and they aren't sure which manufacturer made my base. I can't even sleep in the bed. Dont buy from mattress firm, if you do and the product is defective, you will be sorry.

She was able to explain the health benefits of the products we selected. We weren't planing on buying today, but without being pushy, she helped us to make the decision. I work in sales, and getting the customer to believe in you is a necessity. She also worked to save us money wherever she could. Thanks Lily!

Even their sale prices are higher than other retailers and the company refuses returns for non mattress purchases without exception.
I had a fabulous experience with John from the Colma Store. He made it a point to return my call even after closing and took the time to look up and get the information needed to fix my issue with my remote. He was friendly and understanding. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. It's been a very long time since I've gotten that level of service, Thank you John! 1#
Two words. Money Laundering. This company is very shady and should have been a long time ago investigated by authorities! There are too many foreigners here saying they want a better life disguised to destroy this country. It's very sad.
If you are looking for a mattress, do yourself a huge favor and go with another company. The customer service is awful. My Mattress Firm salesperson was super while I was making my purchase, and then gave me the run around when I wanted to exchange (not a return). The salesperson at the store closest to my home did the same.
Save yourself the time and stress, and go with another matttess company.
You will not have phone communications, only chatting if there are issues. Once ordered you can't cancel even in next 5 min. Not worth of time and hassle.
We purchased a mattress and bed base on there 120 day trial. Would only return mattress and not base.

The person said it would take a few weeks to make it soft.
After two and a half weeks I was in pain so I went back he said he would do an exchange
He never asked me if I wanted my money back or an exchange. I did not know it was one or the other until another 3 weeks later.
After two weeks I went back because by this time I could not lay on it it was too painful I was having hip pain and knee pain. I was really in pain and I asked him how do they make them so soft, he said they put the mattress through a machine and put heavy dummies on them and on top of it they walk on them.
He said just walk on it it will get soft. After a couple of days I went back to the store and said I just couldn't I am in pain please I just want my money back. He said he would talk to his boss and call me back.
He called a few days later and said he was not going to give me my money back. I said if I would have known what it takes to make it soft as they do in the store I wouldn't have bought it. He got very angry and started saying that I was calling him a liar but I was just repeating what he told me. I just want my money back not being stuck with a very expensive mattress that I can not use.
They are deceiving and take advantage of people.
If he would said you have the choice of your money back or an exchange I would have wanted my money back.
Bought Beauty Rest pressure smart 13 inch extra firm with ajustable base. Best ever I had back ache after 6 nights it's the best.It worked the first night. I'm pain free in my back and shoulders. We love it and husband had hip replacement and loves it too. Being old this is the best bed for older people. We love xtra firm 5 star and the store people are great Thanks to the salesman we bought over the phone.and he answered all my question. It's worth every dollar.
We purchased a mattress through the online service. We visited the store and knew which mattress we wanted. We requested a plush pillow top Lux 2.0 Pressuresmart mattress. We were told it would be delivered on Tuesday and we would receive an email giving us a delivery window on Monday evening. There was no email so we contacted them on Tuesday morning to find out when it would be delivered. Then they told us it wouldn't be delivered until Friday. We had company coming so this was an inconvenience. On Friday the mattress arrived. When we slept on it that night it was so uncomfortable we looked at the mattress and found that they delivered the wrong mattress. It was a firm one. We contacted Mattress Firm at 5am they they admitted that they sent the wrong mattress and wanted to charge us more money to send the right mattress. After a long discussion they agreed to send the right mattress but it would be over a week before we got it. Now we have a mattress that we can't sleep on because it is so uncomfortable and won't have a new one for over a week. We have company so we can't sleep on our guest bed. Mattress Firm has horrible customer service. I wish we had gone to a different store and would recommend you buy from anyone but Mattress Firm!
Answer: Who knows? They say 7 days, but that's 7 days AFTER they process your refund request which takes however long they feel like taking.
