I placed two orders three days ago, and they are not shipped, and I cannot cancel them. I called customer service to cancel the orders, and they refused to cancel and said they cannot be shipped because of high demand in fulfillment centers.
Of course, these are both lies, and I will return them if I ever receive them and never deal with these crooks again.
Marshalls East Main Street Spartanburg South Carolina these these boots are $34.99 and just because they didn't have my size, I decide to order then got to pay an extra $13.13 this is ridiculous I won't be doing no more ordering from this app or Marshalls
I bought a cluster of 3 socks. The first one I put on had a big hole the size of a half dollar coin, the second pair, had a vertical tear and didn't bother with the third one. I tried to return them but did not have a receipt but did have my bank statement showing the date of the day before I tried to return them, which would not accept but would only issue a store credit. WHY WOULD I WANT A STORE CREDIT FOR A STORE THAT SELLS DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. So, I left the socks with them and would NEVER shop in that store. Normally, I don't shop in that kind of low end store, but I needed a couple of extra socks to take with me for my upcoming hospital visit. I'd rather pay more in high end store. Then they all wonder why they go out of business because they can't please a customer who proved they bought the socks in their store.
What a disappointment. It's like a flea market. Stuff everywhere. WAY too much merchandise on the floor. Messy & gross. Lines is ALWAYS way too long & not b/c they're busy, it's b/c they gave no help. I used to love shopping here & came 4-5 times a week sometimes. Now I dread coming here. The WORST shopping experience.
Ordered many times online & in-store before with no issues. But recently I received the wrong item in the mail. Called to report it & asked for a replacement. No replacement or refund a month later. Lady on the phone asked me to send back the wrong item & place a new order which i did & had to pay for shipping... again. I'm not happy about having to pay for somebody else's mistake (I ordered dry shampoo & received regular shampoo) Product was mislabeled
I'm never ordering from this place again
I went shopping at the Marshalls in Simi. My cashier Wendy L. Was absolutely wonderful. She was not only extremely helpful but she had the most positive happy outgoing personality. It was so refreshing to come across someone who is not only doing a great job but actually came across as someone who liked their job.
I went to Marshalls to spend the Gift card I received for my birthday and to do some additional birthday shopping. My day was ruined by two Marshall's store employees who stood in the aisles together watching me as if I was going to steal something and make a dash for the door. They were rude and did not speak or smile or ask if I needed help. They just stared at me continuously. They made me feel uncomfortable. There was a dark black male and a dark black female. This is not a race issue as I am a black female senior citizen. These two employees were uncouth and unprofessional. They would be better suited to work in a prison somewhere. I don't spend my money where I am not welcome and they made it clear that I was not welcome in Marshall's.
The selection is pretty good only wish they had more womens style and not all young womens style. The issue I have with this particular location is that they are starting to make all their customers feel like criminals. I literally was buying an item, did not take to changing room, and had to stand there and wait while they scanned the dress to make sure it was? From their store? Had the right tag on it? Who knows. I was very annoyed but did not show it as the girl who was on the register was nice. It was another employee -a crabby old lady that was checking. I have been a customer for many many years and I understand people that steal stuff but I was purchasing the item. I love TJMaxx and may decide to do all by business there or at least go to a different Marshall's. Why does everyone ruin what could be good in Worcester.!
Jasleen told me were the juniors section were because she is great and I am very small and need that!
I just came from the clw store... I was a penny short... the cashier had to make a big deal about it.if your that hard up for a lost penny then u don't need my business
After two back to back cancelled orders my third one is still (supposedly) coming my way. Never again.
Look at the prices carefully. This is advertised as clearance. I enjoy shopping at Marshalls, so I decided to give the website a chance.
I love buying from their site. They offer some of the best deals that you will find online and at very fair prices.
I was just in the Manchester CT store and Ashley and the manager, Lissette, were so unbelievably rude and condescending to me. I had a return AND a receipt for both things I was returning. Ashley, the associate, kept
Saying I used the lipstick. It was on clearance and I made sure to ask that it could be returned when i was purchasing it. They were VERY CLEARLY NOT USED but Ashley made it seem like I used it. She calls the manager, Lissette, over and she then starts telling me I used it! It was notched but clearly not used. Lissette then proceeds to THROW the package on the counter and says lots for everyone to hear " give her her money back but throw it away cuz she used it." I was in complete shock! Then I try to return a pair of pants I paid $
Pair of pants I paid $12 for. The same 2 people accused me of trying to return something not on the receipt. I paid $12 but they ended up returning it to me for the price on the tag...$16.99. So I was being honest about paying $12 but they didn't want to believe me so they returned it without a receipt for $16.99. So TWICE they both accused me, in not so many words, about either stealing or using a product and trying to return it. I'm not aware tho of a new law that says you can't return something if it's been used? So why would that have mattered anyway? I just couldn't believe the third degree I got mostly from the associate, Ashley and then from the manager Lissette! I'm still in complete and total shock about how they treated me. I've never been so embarrassed and I walked out pissed but crying. Over a $4 pack of lipstick they said I used. Don't put things on clearance and accuse people of stealing if they need to return it.
In store shopping is ok. Online orders are a different story. Quoted shipping times are never met. Orders routinely take over a month to ship. In the meantime while you are waiting for the items to ship they lower the prices which they will not honor even though the items hadn't shipped yet. Return them at the store and buy at the reduced prices.
Unless your in store I would skip Marshall's shopping all together... absolutely nothing except gift set of coffee cups were correct
The reason this company is losing customers it's being boycotted on social media this company is requiring it's employees to be jabbed or masked which is against hippa law and unconstitutional. So all you patriots out there stand firm and let's continue our fight for freedom boycott this company
Do NOT order anything breakable on Marshalls.com. I ordered 2 rattan mirrors & they came completely shattered & broke. A company this big with 0 packaging skills is unacceptable. There was NO protection at ALL. No bubble wrap, nothing. One of the rattan mirrors wasn't even zip tied in, which would have made no difference. I am beyond shocked that any company would allow something like this to be sent out with ZERO protection. Of course it's saturday & they don't have 24 hour customer service. I spent over $50 & I want my refund now. If they want me to ship this back it will be not safe but I will be throwing it back in the box just like they did.
Answer: They are not delivered orders as promised, took a month for my order to get shipped
