Problem Solved

Updated review

After trying to communicate with Envato-Help through many emails and not having any answer from them, I decided to put my complaint in Tweeter in the account they *******@envato-help, and the problem was solved in 3 days reopening my account and with all my products. Now I think that some workers in the Envato customer service make decisions that do not correspond to the professional ethics of a company. I hope that my experience will help you and that this will not happen again. Good Luck

Envato marketplace kept all our products bought, after receiving a Threatening email from Envato, they closed the account without any real reason, and that sounds like a scam and theft, as I could read here, Envato removes all unfavorable comments and reviews, to make others believe they are reliable, and many of the products Envato sell are useless, they don't answer any emails, on the contrary, they just close the account and don't care about the money you have invested in your work buying products from Envato; Theft and Fraud are criminalized in every country in the world, and as consumers we are entitled to all our purchased products and their respective upgrades. Consumer rights that we will of course enforce

If you need a refund for a product, forget it. They ask for prints of a thousand things and do not consider that a product can be simply bad, because it has little support documentation and support by calls is very time consuming and unsatisfactory. The companies that sell on the website are more important than the customers who want to buy on the website. Avoid it!

ENVATO FORCES you to buy a SUBSCRIPTION if you wish to purchase a PowerPoint template (for example). I would GLADLY pay them the $20 for the template, as I use them MAYBE once a year. BUT NO... I MUST BUY A YEAR'S SUBSCRIPTION. Forget it then! Whoever thought up this stupid way of doing business has done ENVATO a big disservice. How many sales are you losing? You'll never know. I along with probably thousands of other will GO ELSEWHERE. You're NOT Adobe, ENVATO. Get over yourself! PS: I'd give you ZERO stars if it was an option.

Horrible

Plugins don't work properly and when I asked for a refund they simply declined it. I believed in fake "positive" reviews and that was a mistake. Pity. Absolutely do not recommend. Waste of money, time and nerves.

I bought it and immediately i didn't look anything like the product advertised. I immediately asked for a refund. They didn't respond and then said... we couldn't respond fast enough - and it's past the 5 days - sorry no soup for you! I paid for the support too - what a scam! I'm going to tell my bank to reverse the charges.

Bad customer services

They don't have any type of communication with their clients unless you pay for it. I wanted to report... please notice, REPORT a conflict of their theme Zoacres with the version of Wordpress and they wanted me to pay for doing what they should have done for their clients, just communicate a change! I did not needed any help to fix my code or anything... I just wanted to be aware of the modifications they have made. I wasted one day of work thinking the problem was with the webpage plugins or with the server... nothing that would have happened if they have a blog or any type of communication forum to make developers aware of the modifications they have made on their themes. I wish I had read these reviews before!

What no 0 star to give?:-) I had purchased a theme here without receiving any support throughout installing it on my business. I requested a refund and they entirely refuse to do so. They offered me credit and were literally telling me that my explanation did not warrant a refund. But in their policy it clearly states it differently! Horrible! Shopify and PageFly are light years ahead of these guys. Just horrible!

The quality of the provided plugin / themes is not assured, and cant be determined with the help of the reviews.
In my case the developer of a bad working plugin, has the possibility to only display reviews he/she wants, with their product.
My Problem, this makes it look like the market offers lots of good working plugins, which is absolutely not the case. I posted a one star review about code quality six times, only to have it deleted time and a time again.
So heads up, there are good pligins, dont trust reviews.

I have purchase apps from the envato market, when i look at the apps, the apps are not complete, nor i say a scammer, then my account being lock, worst is the seller sent all dirty words to me in personal email.

When i lodge case, they take ages to come back to me, without any verdict they not enable my account and did not allow me to explain, also they did not indicate what is the course

They take no responsibility for their products.

How?

I have purchased a theme from envato and the theme was wrong version and outdated. I have raise a complaint to anther which you can read from image attached. And then asked for support from envato that is below. You can see there is no support and responsibility from any of them.
"I'm sorry that you'd prefer to request for a refund on the item ionic 5 Food delivery App for Android & ios with complete Admin Panel (Ready to use app). However, you will need to raise it with the author in order for your refund request to be reviewed. Authors are paid every time someone purchases their item, so it is only fitting that they review and approve the refunds first."

The amount of negative reviews I see of this company comes as no surprise. I have doing business online since the inception of the Internet and have NEVER encountered ANY company.

I was asked by my web developer to buy an upgrade of my web theme from Envato, which I had never before heard of, so he could do work on it as I requested and for which I am paying him.

I did so and afterward, without explanation, Envato subsequently locked my account, something I have found in other complaints both here and elsewhere that they tend to do for no given reason. Thinking that surely there must have been an error or misunderstanding, I asked them why, explained the situation, gave my developer's name and email address and said that I am the author of the site, which concerns the history over decades of my work as an artist.

No matter, they refused to explain their reason for blocking my account, said that it is final and that they have a right to deny service to anyone.

I also have a right to tell anyone who has any notion of doing business with them to STAY AWAY, though I suppose the other reviews here already make that obvious.

I have used EnvatoMarket without issue for 9 years. On my most recent order for a design template, an error appeared with message that there was a problem with my PayPal payment. The template remained in my shopping cart but the payment posted. I opened a customer support request for a refund with screen shots of the error and PayPal, showing the mobey was taken. 5 days later, I
Recieved a reply from, "Lucy" that the email used for the payment dispute was not the one on file. OK, I go back to EnvatoMarket to update the request or open a new one with the on file e-mail. Suprise! My account was SUSPENDED. I responded to the e-mail via the e-mail used for EnvatoMarket account AND the e-mail used for the original request, stating my account was suspended and unable to update. The very next day, I recieved an email notification from EnvatoMarket stating my account was SUSPENDED because a payment dispute was opened! What kind of fraudulent behavior is that? I responded but the reply 3 days later claimed that due to no reply, my request would be automatically closed. I was FURIOUS. I sent no less than 60 emails, from multiple accounts with order details requesting a refund. NONE were responded to. I was forced to open a complaint via PayPal to get my refund. Horrible customer support. They lost me as a 9-year faithful customer, over a payment dispute stemming from EnvatoMarket's error. How much was my purchase / loss of loyalty worth? $10.

They are cheating people
"School Management - Education & Learning Management system for WordPress" Plugin was offred for free and I downloaded it but after downloading we need to buy the Licence to activate it or use it. Downloading is free but to use it we need to pay what kind of adverting is this. Weblizar and envato together are cheating people.

I have bought KIDS ZONE them and 3 specialist in Word press tried to instal the Theme and it was impossible. They sell the themes with no instructions and not complete. So you ask for a refund and they refuse everything. Imposible to talk with somebody with common sense.

PATHETIC "service" from Envato. The company is a scam. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL of them. They scam buyers. If you report them via Paypal they VERY quickly lock your envato account and you can no longer access purchases you have made. They then get in touch within minutes telling you that they cannot help you until you reverse the paypal dispute. Once you do this you will never hear from their support again. No matter how many emails you send, disputes or refund requests you log. The "service consultant Cinderella Macantan who basically scammed me by getting me to reverse my paypal dispute in the promise to assist me. Once I have done that you cannot log a dispute again with paypal and you will never hear from Envato again. They are well aware that if they con you into reversing your paypal dispute that you cannot do anything further and dispute the purchase again with Paypal. Paypal should drop service to Envato as they are con artists. Cinderella Macantan is an incompetent excuse for a "service consultant and should be brought to book as she is part of the scamming process.

Dont buy themes for your site from this company. Their products are total junk and dont work half the time plus 50% of the time they will refuse to refund your money. I am now having to fight them, but its ok because im letting my bank handle it. You dont treat customers this way. Now i will never go back.

Do not trust
Do not trust. Envato enables sellers to cheat and punishes the buyers for the product sellers' dishonesty. Do not pay with a debit card. Use a card that you can file a dispute to get your money back when Envato does not perform.
Envato allows corrupt or fake companies to sell products and does not want to be responsible or hold corrupt entities like Vibetheme (WPLM) accountable.

This happens a few times and this time I have had enough. I bought support services for a Learning Management System (WPLMS) from Vibetheme. A so-called Mr. Vibe who created the product sells on Envatol but does provide the support promised when a license is bought. Envato informs to contact the Vibetheme who is unresponsive. This goes back and forward.

Luckily I paid with Paypal and filed a dispute. Here is the kicker, ENVATO states in order to help resolve the issue I need to close the dispute with Paypal. What a Cirus!

I was a long time purchaser from Envato Market and was a happy customer.

Then I purchased "Hello Form Builder" from them. I tried to install the software but it needed an activation code (which I had). It wouldn't activate so I wanted to contact support from the author. Turned out the author didn't offer support! Just the fact that they would let people sell things without support should be enough to make anyone question buying from this site. Then I challenged the charge on Paypal, still awaiting an outcome. I bought something totally worthless because I can't install it. Now... to make things worse, Envato Market froze my account! So everything I purchased from them is now without support and I have lost other functions through loss of my account. I will now file a claim on all my purchases from them! Ridiculous behavior!

Nothing to do with us

I have had two unfortunate experiences with this intermediary service. I have accidentally paid for the same service twice from two different providers. The resolution process is incredibly difficult for buyers. If the service provider says get stuffed (no refunds) you have absolutely no hope of getting your money back. I will never use this Envato again. They are just a platform and a middle man and no responsibility.
