I purchased from them soft software Themeqx Larval classifieds paid extra for support. Well I tried to install for a month reached out to support for 2 weeks never heard anything. I filed a dispute with them for my money back. The author Themeqx refused to refund. So, I disputed that. Now Envato says pretty much oh well not getting your money back. Keep in mind the software has every resource it needs and versions and no support I paid for. Next credit card dispute and fraud charges. If anyone has Themeqx address send it to me please. They seem to hide and don't want to be found.

They're holding my money indefinitely and keep throwing around the word "ASAP" in regards to refunding me. They sold a product that I cannot use and it has been 7 days. The original author never responded to my inquiry asking for support. Why do you get to hold onto money for so long? Go anywhere else but here. The authors can ignore you (despite advertising support is included) and Envato will string you along and not refund you.

Do not purchase, if you don't like they will not refund money, they will take your money. They are based out of India and it must be out of the Patel region

I purchased licenses for WordPress themes and various add-ons from Envato and I have been a customer for nearly 6 years. Today, I went to purchase an upgrade for a license and my account was locked. I was provided with a notice to contact support to have my account re-activated.

Support response was prompt, but unsatisfactory.

"Hi there, Regrettably, after further review, we're using our discretion and will not be re-enabling your account. Please note, your most recent order has been voided by our payment system, so no funds have been taken from your account.

Regards,Gustavo"

I inquired as to the reason for the account being disabled and only received this message.

"Thank you for your recent email to Envato, we appreciate you reaching out to us. Unfortunately like all companies we have a number of internal policies in place which, for business reasons we do not divulge. After reviewing your application for service, we are unfortunately unable to re-enable your account."

Avoid Envato at all costs!

I tried envato because I was looking for some images that I could used in a final project that I had to do. I saw on YouTube a guy that I don't remember whom recommended this company. First, on their website they put the option of buying a monthly membership for $11 and some change or to pay the total of $132. I chose the monthly membership but either way I was charge $138. What made me more angry was that I even couldn't used any of the images. Right after I realized that I would not be able to download the images, I requested on their website a cancelacion not knowing that I was already charged for something that couldn't used. It is very difficult to communicate with them because they don't have a customer services telephone number. All communications are done through an automated email service. I ask them for a refund but they denied. At the end I just wanted not to have any contact with this company because their misleading ways were making me feel upset. At the end I ask them to cancel the account and blocked them.

Do not buy here, you will be greatly disappointed. While the products may be okay, their customer service will make you FAIL. I cannot stress this enough. You download their product, they have to install it, or help you develop it, and you will be sadly disapointed on their eagerness to do so. They take three days or more to get back to you and then utter one line or two, then back to waiting another three days or more. It is now THREE WEEKS since I purchased and the product is not online yet! The guy who did install it, never made sure the server had the requirements, so I had to change servers, Now I'm waiting for either a refund or for him to re-install it (for which I paid) Its now 4 days, not a word. The "developer" is from India, I asked him for a refund, he is not responding. So ya, good luck, this company is a farce.

Item never downloaded. Simply stay away from this site! They have awful response times and when they o get back to you. It's cold and out of touch. Many other FREE sites to use besides this.

I am so livid with this company... I wrote a negative review of this bloated transition pack I bought that was essentially the same few things over and over again... the sounds for the transitions where WAY too loud and obnoxious. Many of the transitions don't work. So I write a review telling them this on the sellers profile... THEY DELETE THE REVIEW. So I rewrite the review this time stating that my review was removed and for buyers to beware. Well, a week later I get an email from some $#*! named Sophie Brown telling me they deleted my account. So now I can't access ANY of the dozens of items I bought from there site. THEY ARE FRAUDS... YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR SITE OR THEY WILL BAN YOU!

I purchased a software(Stackpost) from the platform, unfortunately nothing work at all. So I contacted the seller and the EnvatoMarket in order to get refund. They refused. I put a negative review to the product. EnvatoMarket removed it without any notification. First the seller said they will refund if the things dont work out, but later they just ignored me, and they tell the EnvatoMarket that I didnt gave them full access to support, luckly I have all our conversation record, where it shows I have grant all the access they need and the promised they made. But EnvatoMarket ignore that too, because once they refund they will miss money too.

The support is only yes and no answers. They take the product off the market and you can't download the product you paid for and along goes the support that you paid for. Envato will tell you that the product is not there and its your fault for not downloading it immediately (they removed the app after a week of my purchase and no more support or response to my email).

The company is Papon app on Envato. Be careful and don't get caught up with the reviews. Fake positive reviews. The product isn't even a complete product and the download doesn't have all the features in the demo.

Envato always denies the return of money for anything you buy with them. Be aware that is actually a big NO NO that they always want to keep your money, it is a problem with developers who never want to return the money to their consumers. They do not have a return policy and if you want your money back you have to call the police like I did. Son THIEFS.

Not worth buying from this site. It is not possible to return the product within 14 days, which seems to be against the general law of buyers.

I am disappointed with the turn of the case with the return. In all other places where I bought this type of products, there was no problem with returning within 14 days and here it is.

Envato is a scam. They steal money from your wallet and credit card. I have had many bad experience with Envato. Please do not waste your hard earned money.

Wish my designer had read up on this company before spending my money. Now I'm wasting my time on disputes because the themes are advertised as doing things they just don't do, and are missing necessary files to make them operational, with ZERO accountability from the sellers or the marketplace.

Oh, and yes, if you file a refund dispute, you will get your account locked INSTANTLY. Of course, they will send you an email saying it's for 'security purposes', and if you 'close any disputes', your account will be restored.

Unfortunately I have to say that Envato's assistance managed by Mr. Juan Velazquez is the worst I have found, he didn't hear any reasons, luckily I solved it myself, too bad.

Bought a template. Non-functional with a bunch of unlicensed plugins. Don't waste your time. No refund

You are just throwing money away dealing with them. You pay ll this money just for a WordPress template only to find out after you paid that the images are not included because they are copyrighted and you are stuck with something basic that you could have done yourself.

I am preparing a lawsuit against those responsible for this service. The money they have stolen from me is insignificant because with the judgement in hand I am going to force them to return all the money to all the dissatisfied customers.

I bought many products on this envato website over the last few years, recently i purchased a $79 theme from their website and decided to get a refund, I contacted the seller for a refund and they were happy to approve it on their end but I had to wait for ENVATO to submit and process it as well back into my paypal account. Nearly a week passed by and noticed they sent me an email that they were having an error processing my refund and they also closed my ticket because I did not reply to their email in 2 days, now I don't have a refund that I been waiting for and as well they closed the ticket! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! So I decided to fix the situation myself by disputing the transaction with PayPal and i submitted to Paypal all the screenshots that I had with ENVATO's customer service rep named Juan Velazquez who was the one who closed the ticket and said in the email:

"Hello Randy,

When processing the refund we received an error message, our specialists have reached out to PayPal to see what's causing the issue. In the meantime please check your account to confirm there are no issues.

Best Regards,Juan"

I responded to Juan that my paypal has NO ISSUES, in fact, i received a refund from another merchant recently so it was on their end! I then proceeded
To start disputed with paypal and as soon as I submitted the dispute, ENVATO instantly blocked my account and now I have no refund atm and as well ENVATO robbed me of all the licenses I purchased over the course of years worth hundreds of dollars. This platform needs to get investigated by the government and people need to BEWARE OF THEIR SERVICE, if you expect a refund, they will give you a hassle!

12/15/2022 UPDATE: Been weeks now and still no REFUND processed! They said they had to reach out to PayPal for fixing the error but still not update from them yet, I SWEAR i WILL NEVER and i MEAN NEVER! WILL EVER! Use their service ever again, DO NOT trust Envato. I promise you it is not worth it, use their platform to look for products to get "ideas" and then buy the same item directly from the seller's direct website, but don't buy on Envato! They are scammers.
