Ordered of the french website, to be sent to a french address then was stuck as could not understand email. Then claire took over and all sorted.

I ordered a UP53 Fiskars Cutter after a search on the internet. Not only was the price good but the delivery promised was excellent. The product arrived Exactly within the hour timeframe specified - what more could I want!

Claire was incredibly helpful and even when the link online was broken was happy to help and contacted the business my sale had been passed to, which I believe was out of her remit, but she was happy to do. It's good to have staff that still offer good customer service within a business.
Unfortunately the item I ordered had gone out of stock and only on chasing 3 weeks down the line they realised no one had ordered replacement stock, so I have subsequently had to cancel my order.

Ordering high value goods from the UK for a house renovation in France can be daunting and difficult. So thank goodness for mano mano!
Not only do they have great prices, the online support is the best I've ever experienced. Seamless transfer of information from the France to UK site; speedy response, friendly and 'human' help every time - they really go out of their way to resolve issues. In my case that has largely been with rearranging missed deliveries from the couriers, which would have been so difficult with my limited French.
So to Claire and Sarah from their online support, I say a heartfelt thank you for contacting the suppliers. And the couriers. And sending delivery instructions. And making calls on my behalf... and getting back to me quickly.
Too many websites are happy to take your cash but fail miserably when it comes to providing back up. Not so mano mano - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, and especially if you're buying between the UK and France.

If you are dissatisfied with their product, under their 14 day return policy, you need to send the item to Germany. It will cost you more to send the item back than what it has cost to purchase.
Do not buy anything from manomano

On the product page the name of the Seller is clearly given and the hyperlink states the location of the Seller plus the return conditions.
I quote from the hyperlink text: "Please take into account that WilTec Wildanger Technik GmbH is a German company and that you will need to send back the goods to Germany, which can cause higher costs than expected."

I had a complicated return issue which annoyed me at first. Claire helped me sort it out with her friendly and practical approach, and by making extra contacts with the seller - above an beyond what her job requires, I'm sure, but it made me feel more comfortable with the remote company - and MUCH more likely to use your services again.

Had a slight problem with my order, some parts did not arrive, emaild customer service and a lady called Clair answered me straight away i explained and told her i must have it by friday. She promised me she would do her upmost to make sure i would recive it. It was delivered Thursday night. The product was great and clair was a super star.

The product I ordered arrived broken. However reply through ManoMano website was prompt. The supplier took a while to reply, but when I raised this with ManoMano they got straight onto them. A replacement part arrived in the post the next day!

I had a terrible experience with manomano espana they actually told me they couldn't help me and put the phone down on me I was at the time asking when I could expect a delivery how rude and unhelpful.
Then I spoke to claire at manomano uk what a lovely lady she has done everything possible to help me. Unfortunately I had further problems when I received my order and claire has responded to every message and done her utmost to help she has been patient kind respectful and got results so thank you lovely lady I really really appreciate everything you have done for me.

Was a little disturbed when I first unpacked this as there were no pre-drilled holes etc. for assembly BUT the instructions were excellent and the whole thing went together remarkably easily and is very solid.
There were a few small pieces missing but I have to say the service we received from Manomano to address these issues was excellent and thoroughly impressed me. (thanks again Claire).
It was overall a very good experience but even more importantly there are 3 kids and a few friends who are thoroughly enjoying the excellent results.
