Ordered £1000 worth of bathroom fittings with a 7 day delivery time. 2 Months later they've not arrived. They keep telling me they will refund but still haven't. Shocking. DO NOT USE
I went online and ordered a double radiator, it came up with free shipping as well, then 3 days later I received an email stating that they decided to cancel the order as the sellers were out of stock, which was due to be delivered two days later, I had to go online and order the much more expensive one and this time they charged me £36.95 shipping fee, when I conacted them, they said all the radiators are not free shipping, so my understanding is that, their website made a mistake not charging me the shipping fee on the 1st order and when they noticed it they decided to tell me out of stock and refund my money back, and now week later my family in a cold house with no heating still waiting for the radiator which is going to another another 10 days or more, why some companies do this to their customers?!
I recently purchased an underfloor heating thermostat. The short and long is there Is no voltage output when on. Requested a replacement, sent pictures, videos etc but after 9 days of Chinese translated emails I am sick to death of the whole experience. I will certainly never use Mano Mano again. I realise some products go wrong and accept that but I do not accept lack of customer service and either replacement or refund...
I have bought a laundry basket, half of the frame broke on assembly. An USB hub, with a SD card slot, the SD card didn't fit and the usb's were s slow I fell asleep! 2 plastic toilet seats that collapsed when I sat on 1!
So my title says it all.
I received 4 chairs, the box was broken not sealed correctly, as a consequence 1 bag of screws was missing, so 3 chairs, lots of photos and communication necessary, phone calls emails, but no screws,
The help understanding and customer service is zero. They just do not care, or appreciate the disruption and total despair at the treatment I have received. Another company would have sent a bag of screws in the post, at the least, or even another chair...
Now after 2 or 3 weeks, they will give me a refund, but I must dismantle the 3 chairs, which have been assembled. I would NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
Now I will not have any chairs in my office, great, I will look for a more reputable company to order from on line.
Recently purchased a double bedstead that was broken and had several missing and wrong parts so I was unable to finish building my bed.
I contacted them via their messaging system and got a response saying I would get a full refund once the item was collected, I have been waiting home all day and no-one has turned up and I have taken the day off work to wait in for my collection

They are selling fake products with pictures and descriptions of the genuine ones, in this case JBL headphones, you can still see them on the website.
They said my item would be delivered at the latest today the 14th June it didn't I have told them but no reply
I was sold a faulty rip off Samsung T5 external hard drive, that broke down after a month. Since then, I have spent over 4 weeks doing everything I can to get a refund, dealing with the completely incompetent customer service team. A representative named Gael has written to me 10+ times saying my "refund was being processed", yet a month later, I am still waiting to be refunded. Meanwhile, I have the seller now asking me to pay for postage to send this broken product back.
Stay away from this website at all costs. They clearly do not quality test their sellers, and are not ready to cover the financial consequences of their clients being sold useless products.
Put my order in. Received said order, and had it built. In less than a week. You could not ask for better. I love it.
Cancelled order after waiting a week. No communication just pure crapballs. Will never place another other. Was my first and last.
Bought a free standing shower mixer to replace my existing one as the mixing button stopped working. I picked the same model but it obviously had different fittings. The tap connectors did not fit my one so had to buy new ones, this seemed almost impossible as I went to 7 plumbing stores to no avail. I rang plumb-world who said I would have to pay to return it. Mano Mano we're a little more helpful and said they will collect it. I brought the whole tap to another plumbing store and he changed literally all the inner pipes which cost a lot of money, and a plumber to fit it. A simple swap over cost me a hell of a lot financially and equally a wasted a day. Please beware that the connectors are not of British standard fitting. The shower mixer was not cheap and is of very poor standard, considerably smaller than the one I first bought. Overall a complete waste of time and money.
I bought this particular shoe rack from manomano… afraid to say the product lacked quality. The boards which are made from mdf were practically crumbling at the edges of few of the boards.
I tried to sort the matter out with manomano and they offered 15% discount on the original price.

I ordered an unusually sized designer radiator from ManoMano(on a Wednesday). I was given an approximate delivery date one week from my order.
The following Monday I was sent tracking details saying that the package had shipped and that it would be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. By Friday morning the radiator still not showed up but the tracking information was still saying expected delivery Tuesday or Wednesday, so I called ManoMano They assured me that the radiator was on its way to me and that they would contact the courier for more detailed tracking information and get back to me within 48 hours.
I explained at this point that I had a plumber coming on Monday and that one of the tasks that I wanted him to do was install the pipework for the radiator, so I would like to have the exact technical specification of the radiator so that we could set up the pipe work. They passed me to a colleague whom said that they would send this to me. They then supplied me with woefully inadequate technical information which contained insufficient detail for me to work out where the pipes should go. Fortunately I was able to get the specifications I needed from the manufacturer of the radiator.
Come Monday morning I had still not received a response to my request for tacking information on my item so I called again and was reassured that my product had shipped and was on its way to me, and that they would send me tracking details ASAP. So I went ahead and put in the pipe work for the radiator.
Finally on Tuesday evening ManoMano sent me an email saying that the product was out of stock and that it would not be available for at least 2-3 weeks.
Because ManoMano have repeatedly mislead me I am now going to have to order this product from overseas and pay for express delivery (which I would not have needed if I ordered two weeks ago) or redo plumbing work to suit another radiator. Which leaves me significantly out of pocket.
When I called up and explained the situation to ManoMano customer service instead of being apologetic for having repeatedly mislead me they tried to offer me inappropriate solutions were unwilling to listen became increasingly rude and abusive at my refusal to accept an inappropriate solution refused to put my call through to a supervisor shouted at me that I was uncooperative and hung up on me.
This has been the worst customer service experience I have had. I have been repeatedly lied to, ignored, shouted at and treated like a problem simply for asking for details about my order, the product and a reasonable resolution to ManoMano's inability to supply the product I ordered.
I would strongly caution anyone against ever using ManoMano.
Ordered a bathroom cabinet and soon realised the promo code was not applied to reduce cost. Feeling deceived I immediately cancelled the order by email since the 'chat' team could not help. Mano has ignored my cancellation and has gone on to ship the order.
I do not want the order to go through but mano is forcing it on me.
Company took my money and then chose to cancel my order with absolutely no explanation, disgusting communication and disgusting service. I would advise against purchasing from here.
The customer service is so bad! Very rude assistant! Maybe because I start chat at 6pm? Dont know... but the man on another side was very bad... should be working as online assistant
I am a 69 years young woman. The instructions were superb for this Item. I built it myself in 1 hour 35 minutes. Superb Item.
No product arrived and no refund offered. I've been sent around and around with emails with vague words and no action. They're just middle men anyway, go to the suppliers if you find something you like.
